Validation, invalidation and father energy
I have noticed lately in talking with people about validation, they kind of nod their heard, "yea, yea, yea," distracted and not paying attention. "Yea, I give myself validation but it doesn't make any difference. Everything stays the same! Struggling, not quiet enough time/money/love but you know, sure - validation."
This is in fact invalidating validation.
You cannot be using the superpower of validation and things not change. It simply is not possible. If things aren't changing, you haven't quite achieved validation yet.
Included is a great Validation practice to start building your muscles at recognizing What IS, cleared of any editorializations, judgments and loaded points of view;
A wonderful deep healing meditation to help release the pain and invalidation that may still come up around your father, as well as
Filling in with your divine energy, You the Spirit, part of the All That iS, while
Releasing anyone elses energies and any energies that are no longer for your greater good.
Thanks for joining in and inviting your friends to as well.

A Spiritual Perpective on Facebook
Silence is not always golden. Noticing something and not acknoweledge can cause problems specially in relationships. Taking the time to pour into your children, job, and relationships can be beneficial if done properly. It shows that you care and that you're paying attention.

We will have as our special quest, Dr. E. Douglas Brown, author and licensed Clinical Psychologist on this re-broadcast show. He will talk about validation as it applies to parent and child relationships and how it changes upon maturation; Why it is necessary to give it and to receive it. He will also talk about the higher level of validation which is self validation. It is important to: •Feel like you are important •Know that your feelings are real, very personal to you, and should be acknowledged as such •Feel okay sharing those feelings and personal outlooks/perspectives •Feel like someone is not going to ridicule you or in some other way disrespect you behind your expressed feelings •Feel at ease discussing what is deep inside - When children don’t have validation, the emotional scarring starts taking place and problems begin. Lack of validation is responsible for most problems youth and adults are having today.

Therapist Jef Gazley is continuing his discussion on Validation. He is going to use his technique of Energy Psychology and (EFT) Energy Freedom Techniques with our call-in participants. These techniques have proven very useful in addressing validation concerns and areas where you feel emotionally stuck. It is important to: •Feel like you are important •Know that your feelings are real, very personal to you, and should be acknowledged as such •Feel okay sharing those feelings and personal outlooks/perspectives •Feel like someone is not going to ridicule you or in some other way disrespect you behind your expressed feelings. Emotional scarring starts with the lack of validation in childhood.

Theme for December: TRANSCENDENCE
Program Title: Transcendence from Validation (Earth)
“Transcendence is the power to be born anew, to make a fresh start, to turn over a new leaf, to begin with a clean slate, to enter into a state of Grace, to have a second chance. Transcendence makes no reference to the past, whether your past has been overflowing with victories or filled with defeats. When you enter a state of transcendence, you are able to begin a new life, unburdened by both the victories and defeats of the past.” –Robert Fritz, The Path of Least Resistance
Tonight, Jojopah presents the third of a five-part teaching on TRANSCENDENCE, the theme for December as we come to the end of 2014—a Mineral Year. With the help of her guest, Dr. Amanda Kemp, PhD, Jojopah will share wisdom on why validating experiences (achieving an important goal, having your dream come true, having a windfall, having a ‘happy ending”) will take you away from who you have known yourself to be and enable you to transcend to a new state of having, doing and being -–from which there is no going back.

Today we will have Jef Gazley, Child & Family Therapist, author and entrepreneur on this re-broadcast show. He will discuss Validation as it applies to adolescents. Validation is the number one need with our children. This is where we begin. Our youth need to know that: - They are okay inside - They are not “mistakes” - They are wanted and not some result of a “one-night-stand” - They have value - They have a reason to be alive - Their spirit deep inside is loved - They have real meaning here - They have a purpose for being here.
