On today's show I want to examine some governmental and cultural stories and trends and while not everything falls into the category of unintended consequences that I'll talk about, to be really cryptic, nothing may fall into the realm of unintended consequences. Story wise, I'll have a little bit of an Obamacare update, discrimination by Facebook, as well as your weekly dose of transgender/homosexual adventures. Also if time allows, which it should, an update on the home school family in Arkansas that lost custody of their kids. That's today's show at 4:30 Eastern and archived afterward.
This show is for those of you who are in the "trenches" of life that have little time to inform yourself about current events involving politics, people, books, etc., and how these things should and do matter in your life.
This week's episode will be part of a series called "unintended consequences". This first part of this series will talk about 2 main ideas:
1. Unintended consequences - what is meant by this
2. Facebook - the studies done on the effects of this social media site and what are the "unintended consequences"

Justin talks about the unintended consequences of government policies. The possibly good intentions government laws and regulations may have, always lead to the american people being worse off. And those who are suppose to be helped by the new government policies are always the ones hurt the most.
Supreme Sense with 1SupremeGoddess = Family & Consequences, Media Correctness & Mistakes ..... Monday, 3/9/2015, at 7:30pm Eastern ....
Does the breakdown of the family matter?
In my less than humble opinion, yes, it matters a LOT, especially in light of kids bullying & being bullied, kids voting to ban American flags, kids running off to join ISIS & kids KILLING each other just because they are angry.
My Co-Host's wrote a new article for the Examiner this week that leads us to another topic of media correctness & a new place to actually FIND IT. (http://www.examiner.com/article/one-america-news-network-delivers-media-correctness)? so let's discuss this & more this evening, so join me & my co-hosts, @NukNeutron & @1Anobody as we chat about these issues.

When it comes to Temptation Satan is a great master manipulator always seeking ways to destroy you with all kinds of addictions, habits, and bondage to the point that he wants you to give up and miss out on Gods best in your life. How does he accomplish this? For starters he doesn't want us to think ahead to what the consequences might be if we cave in to temptation. Perhaps its a lustful thought threatning to hijack your mind and emotions. Or its agraphic magazines, someone other than your spouse or just one drink wont hurt. Daily Satan whispers in our ears to indulge in our flesh for just a few minutes of pleasure, that most definitely will turn into pleasures of regret. We must ask ourselves what would happen if I give in to this temptation? What will I stand to lose? What are the consequences? Who will I hurt if I make this decision to feed my fleshly desires? This afterall is the other side of temptation Satan does not want you to see. May God give us wisdom and discernment when temptation comes knocking on our door.???
As we look at the fifth beatitude, mercy is at the heart of forgiveness and salvation. It also has consequences if we don't show mercy to others. I hope that you can also see how this beatitude is vital to any relationship we have whther to God or man. It reminds me ofthe statement 'love God with all yor heart and love your neighbor as yourself.
On this special, two-hour edition of Cross Encounters Radio:
1. The guys discuss the recent arrest of a street preacher outside a Southern California DMV and Tony's subsequent article about the incident. Both the officer and the street preacher were wrong. But the street preacher brought reproach upon Jesus and His gospel.
2. Getting arrested while open-air preaching is not automatically a case of Christian persecution.
3. Hee-Haw Church. You'll just have to listen.
4. Rich and Chris will hit Tony with another "Always Ready" scenario.
I have the opportuinity of a life time!!! I can change my station in life!!! I don't have to stay poor, broke, disgusted, addicted and out of control!!! Modern society provides us with so many excuses to fail, be irresponsible and not expect consequences. I'm grateful that my family taught me how to think for myself, how to deal with my actions, my choices and how to stand and deal with life. Oh yeah we've dealt with many issues, but we still stand up and fight! And even if we lose, we keep it moving! Hold your head up and get it together! You are your hope!!! Ok!!!! Well there is God, your family, friends etc. Listen to some great music, conversation and whatever!!!
Joyce and Mike speak with Georgia Hurst as part of Lynch Syndrome Awareness Week.
Georgia Hurst is a patient advocate for those with Lynch syndrome. She is the founder of the website and blog: ihavelynchsyndrome.com. She frequently writes about the emotional aspects of having Lynch syndrome, and writes for various websites and journals in order to create awareness amongst the global medical community about this hereditary cancer syndrome. Georgia is a wife and mother, and loves espresso, books, and being bossed around by her adorable dog named Sid.
What is Lynch syndrome? We will learn more from Georgia, or you can read about it on her website, or in this article from www.curetoday.com
Georgia noticed that there were several people in her family who had cancer at early ages, and several with the same cancer. This can indicate that there is something genetic predisposing family members to cancer. She delved deeper, got to a diagnosis, and kept asking questions, finding out how to protect herself and others in her family from the worst consequences of this condition.
Hear her remarkable story, the path she followed in doing her own research, and the partnerships she has developed with medical professionals to help her make progress for herself and others.
