QARLive: Forgiving The Unforgiven; What Not To Do, Or Do. It's Up to You?

    in Politics Conservative

Please join Jason Wade Taylor/ Randy Hahn for a special Sunday night show, as Jason tackles the issues that face many in this great Nation, and in the Conservative Social media family.

Conservatives on Social media play a huge role in getting the message out about how great our Conservative Party is, and how great it could be. There is much so much infighting, not unlike those that represent us in Washington.

We don’t need a kumbaya moment, or maybe we do. It’s really up to you?

Episode 278: Betrayal, leadership, loyalty, and redemption: Task Force VIOLENT

    in Military

Loyalty goes both ways, the old saying goes. One shows loyalty up the chain, because one expects the same in the other direction.  They system, however, is built upon the timbers of the imperfect human condition.

What happens when you have conflicting narratives, but the system that you thought was there to serve you as you served it decides to take the counter-narrative without question?

Is there a point where a leader accepts that there is no loyalty above, and as a result, has to redouble his loyalty to those under him?

The story of Task Force VIOLENT is one of inspired unit level leadership, and nightmarishly twisted priorities up the chain; of brave men caught in a modern day, real time, Kafkaesque circle.

Following up on his 5-part series, Task Force Violent: The Unforgiven - the Tragic Betrayal of and Elite Marine Corps Commando Unit, our guest for the full hour will be MilitaryTimes journalist Andrew deGrandpre.

Those Who Died in Christ (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)

    in Christianity

But we do not want you to be uninformed, brethren, about those who are asleep, so that you will not grieve as do the rest who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus.

For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.

Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.

The doctrine of the last things, eschatology, includes the subjects of death, the second coming of Jesus Christ, the resurrection of the dead, the last judgment, heaven and hell. Physical death is universal. The timing of natural death is beyond human control. Death is not to be feared by the believer.

For believers, death is likened to falling asleep. At the second coming, believers still living on earth will not experience death. Death is the penalty for unforgiven sin. The second coming is foretold. The timing of the second coming is known only to God the Father. God’s purpose at the second coming is to gather his people together, to reward the faithful and judge the wicked.

The right attitude towards the second coming. All will be raised. Believers in Jesus Christ will be raised to eternal life. Unbelievers will be condemned. Believers will be given resurrection bodies. All face judgment after death. Judgment is entrusted to Jesus Christ. Those who have not responded to Christ will be condemned. Believers will not be judged for sin. Believers will be judged on how they have lived their Christian lives...
