The ultimate venture in life with the maximum gain is self-awareness: and one of the areas to be very aware of in your journey is the ability to trust yourself.Trusting yourself, brings you to a freedom, where you meet your authentic self, and a peace that is really unreachable any other way.
To trust yourself, you require feeling good into your own skin and feel confident in your authority over yourself.
When we get in touch with our authentic self, we learn how to listen to and express our truth without any apologies.
Do you trust yourself?
Do you live your own truth, or the truth of other people?
Or, do you experience yourself as capable of living your life with all its unanticipated twists and turns?
The problem is that most of us, if not all of us, have spent our lives listening to our parents, our teachers, our leaders and not to mention our bosses and if we are honest enough we would admit that we have taken on their truths, and because of this we are left not knowing what is best for ourselves, and that is mainly because we have lost trust in ourselves.

Tonight I want to share my experience today of loving yourself free through musical expression. I got the honor of witnessing a beautiful musical performance Anna's Way part II with Bass player Barry Green and an extarordinary group of musicians in a friend's home. It was an eperience that held many lessons of loving myself free. It was followed by a discussion with the friend who invited me about the human condition and our spiritual evolution of state through loving ourselves so completely that we experience a wholeness in our epressing ourselves as Souls as divine beings having a human experience. Please join me. I would wish that I will be able to impart even the smallest experience of the beauty of today's lessons.

I will review my history struggling with body image issues, living on the self denial of yoyo dieting, knowing how to lose weight never finding the answer to keeping at a healthy optimal weight, growing older and just givign up, constant self judgement of what I eat or don't eat.
