The Role of Perceptions in Trauma Recovery

    in Psychology

Healing is about many things, including how trauma affects the brain, plus processes to reverse and cope with those changes. Recovery is also about issues of perception that lead to behavioral change -- and how to transform your perceptions that support rather than hinder the healing process. On this episode Robert Rudelic, therapist and founder of Power Tapping, shares ideas, simple practices and action steps to help you move forward and get over fear.

So how does a caregiver navigate the post-trauma landscape? On this episode Michele Rosenthal answers the question: “Do I have to wait until my loved one is ready to have the courage to heal?”

Pastor Rafael said "It is a school of ministry that offers a 12-month ministry program for those who feel called into the ministry. There is a phase 1 that goes into systematic theology and a phase 2 that goes into more advanced courses such as Bibliology & Hermeneutics, which is the study of biblical interpretation and Homiletics, which is the preparation and delivery of a sermon or teaching, and of course other things involved. My school is called The Word Walk School of Ministry, and it will be starting the latter part of January 2015."
