    John Duncan is the Owner of CrossFit Tuff in Nashua, NH and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. He is also a competitive amateur strongman with over 7 years of experience. He holds several titles and records including New England and New Hampshire’s Strongest Man in his respected divisions. In 2007 John competed in Las Vegas for the North American Strongman Championship and placed 9th in the country. After two hard years, including a motorcycle accident and several serious injuries, his goal is to be back amongst the best in the country this year.     Robby Blanchard is the Owner of CrossFit Reach in Acton. Robby also holds an MBA from Fitchburg State University. As a CrossFit L1 Trainer and Owner of CrossFit Reach, Robby started CFR with the goal of helping his clients live longer, healthier lives through CrossFit. 

    Tiffany Normandin is out of CrossFit EXP in Leominster. She holds an MA B.S. Business Management, 2008. Coach Tiffany has been involved in many sports, from softball and gymnastics to triathlons and bodybuilding, her youthful exposure was a natural evolution to her discovery of CrossFit. Her professional credits include CrossFit Level 1 certified, CPR/AID/First Aid certified, Body Training Systems Group Power Instructor and ACE (American Counsel of Exercise Certified personal Trainer) and many more!     Miguel Cotto vs Saul Canelo Alvarez Fight Review

     In one of the most anticipated fights of the year, Miguel Cotto (40-5, 33 KOs) and Canelo Álvarez (46-1-1, 32 KOs) thrilled fans from start to finish with high-intensity action just as promised, but it was Canelo that persevered and was crowned the new WBC, Ring Magazine and Lineal Middleweight World Champion with a unanimous decision win after 12-rounds.


    Entertainment and sports figures including JAY Z, Beyonce, Mark Wahlberg, Nicey Nash, Mario Lopez, Paulina Rubio, Kate del Castillo, Michael B. Jordan, Sammy Hagar, UFC Bantamweight Champion Holly Holm, Kelly Rowland, Charles Barkley, Erick Aybar, Angie Martinez and former and current fighters Evander Holyfield, Andre Ward, Zab Judah, were all in attendance to catch the excitement live in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Events Center. 


    "I have a lot of respect for Miguel," said Canelo Álvarez following the fight. "He is a great champion and a great fighter. We knew going into this fight that it would be a difficult journey, but I feel that I was the faster and stronger fighter tonight. I wasn't hurt by his punches.     Highlight TVG FFA Finals; Talk with connections about 3 Year Old Pacing Season

    This week on Post Time with Mike and Mike presented by Friends of Maryland Standardbreds we have a star studded card!  We will sit down with three of the top 3 Year Old pacing trainers this year.  We sit down with George Teague who owns Wiggle It Jiggleit coming off a strong victory in the Matron Stakes at Dover Downs.  We will highlight his win in the Little Brown Jug and talk with George about how he got started in the business.  Larry Rheinheimer joins the program as well, he conditioned Breeders' Crown champion Freaky Feet Pete who was one of the more dominate pacers in Indiana this year.  Last, but certainly not least we sit down with Joann Looney-King who conditons Wakizashi Hanover and while his name might be a little tough to say, he is a very gutsy horse with a lot of heart.  He was the winner of the Pepsi North America Cup at Mohawk Racetrack earlier this year.  Darin Zoccali also joins the program to highlight the TVG FFA Finals coming up at the Meadowlands Racetrack.  You will not want to miss a minute of the action starting at 7:00 PM.

    Once again it's Ladies Night and just like the expression says everything old is new again, at least in our spotlight. Brittany Wonder, one of our previous Ladies Night guests joins Hoodslam Wrestling founder Sam Khandaghabadi to talk about their show this weekend, appropriately called "80s For The Ladies IV-Revenge Of The Radio Star". We will discuss the difference between Hoodslam and other independent promotions out there. Our guests, in no particular order as of the writing of this are three top female wrestlers, one of whom was trained by one of the top tag teams in the industry. Kenaddi Brink was trained at the prestigious 3 D Wrestling Academy. She is appearing in rings all over the country and was recently part one of the best known tournaments in wrestling, the ECWA Super 8. The tournament contained many notables, including former TNA star Santana Garrett. Ray Lyn is NOT just another pretty face. This blonde beauty is a mainstay of the roster of Ohio Valley Wrestling but is also going to be part of the renewal of Women Of Honor and will be facing our other guest at that show. Kelly Klein, also known as Mary Elizabeth Monroe, has been a mainstay of the female wrestling scene. This St. Louis native went to high school in South Africa and returned for college then started training at Heartland Wrestling Association. One of her trainers was former WCW/WWE star Jimmy Yang. Along with her upcoming matches with Rae and ODB, we will talk to her about the scariest close encounter she had with a fan.
