With the news about Carlton and Gina Pearson's divorce and Josh Duggar's secret affairs, is it time for Christian leaders to be more transparent and if so, how should they go about doing it? I've always wondered why lay persons are more tolerant of someone's fall from grace after it happens instead of allowing leaders to show their own fallibilities How transparent should Christian leaders be to those they serve? Let's talk about this and more with Pastor Lorenzo Neal

Today I was again threatened by a caller (a marine) on Tracy and friends (show on blogtalk). Why? Because he was unhappy with my position, which is that there is far too much racism in America, and that wars are usually fought to benefit the rich. The last threats I got on the show happened when another caller threatened me (when the show goes to commercials and some of the callers talk). Even Traci herself has called me dumb, stupid and typically MUTES me when she's unable to really answer a question. Today I was blocked because I asked questions regarding why she was dissing Cuba and their free medical program (for blacks and hispanics) even though I presented evidence that it is beneficial to said students. Conclusion: The show allows bullying, abuse and does not allow true free speech. I used to call because I thought the host and co-hosts, etc wanted an intelligent calm dialog. But after years of being vilified, attacked verbally, MUTED, called dumb, stupid, etc, I have learned that they just want people to AGREE with them, not to have an opinion that differs (and no amount of evidence seems to change their position). American media often has major problems ... usually because hosts and producers promote propaganda, without considering the negative consequences. When listeners are not informed of truth, or at least given accurate information... and when callers that do not agree with the show's themes are vilified, bullied, and their arguments twisted to suit the show's themes, then that is not truly transparent media and democratic production but blind dogma, that spreads hate and leads to a world of less negative and ignorance.
