C Sharp has worked with numerous musicians as a backing vocalist. His late grandfather inspired him to follow music; he once said to him “whenever you feel discouraged sing a song it will lift your spirit”. He is the one who came up with the name “C Sharp” because his voice was like pure music. He (C Sharp) never understood what he meant until one day he lost his favorite pen, which his grandfather had bought for him as gift. Being upset, he said to him sing a song. He was given a new meaning to the power and effect of the music.

Actor Troy Bland joins GD on A Touch of Grace

    in Entertainment

    (S6E3) G|D Welcomes...

Actor - Troy Bland from Macon, GA

    Date: Monday May 18th, 2015 @ 2P/PST : 5P/EST

    Call Into Show: (347) 989-8346

    More About Troy:

    Journey of an Emerging Actor

His very first acting experience came at the age of 15. He was in his neighborhood production of, 'The Wiz', where he also co-directed, choreographed, did the set designs, and played as the Tin Man. A production that many from the old neighborhood still remember to this day with fondness.

Troy began his theater studies at City College of New York, but because of his "spiritual" calling and wanting to do something in service to people, decided to relocate to Macon, GA. where he would later become an ordained minister.

This turned out to be a great move for Troy because Atlanta, being a short distance from Macon, was itself a city emerging as the South's new entertainment mecca. The city was attracting filmmakers because of the great weather conditions and cheaper budget costs to make films.

Once settled in Macon, Troy began honing his acting skills on stage in the production of, "Oh Lord, Not My Mother?" at the historic Douglas Theater.

    Date: Tuesday May 12th, 2015 @ 3P/PST : 5P/CST : 6P/EST

    Call Into Show: (347) 989-8346

    More About Patrick:

Marcus Patrick born in Bath, England, is an actor. His father was of English, Irish, and French descendance. His mother was born of Jamaican, Cuban, and Cherokee descendance. He is the middle child and has two sisters.

Despite a tumultuous childhood which is another story for another time, Marcus excelled in piano, voice, gymnastics and swimming. He also took up Tae Kwon Do, and became the Junior and Men’s Heavyweight champion.

For a while, Marcus was intent on becoming a professional fighter, but then realized that his violence was fueled by a history of physical abuse, and decided he could fight no longer. Instead, he turned to singing, and at the age of 17, he auditioned with Simon Cowell of American Idol fame, and toured in a boy band until he was 20, at which time he went solo, with Simon acting as Agent and Manager.

As a result, Marcus pursued the dream of coming to America and supported himself as a Personal Trainer as he started taking acting lessons. He finally started booking roles via Eric Morris, and he was on his way.

Arriving Los Angeles, he continued perfecting his acting and met up with Gar Lester of JLA Talent, who saw the potential in Marcus to become something truly substantial. Together they have built up quite an impressive resume including several feature films and TV guest star appearances including Dirty Laundry; Beyond the Break, CSI: Miami. Now Marcus  landed the role of Jamal Cudahy on ABC-TV’s All My Children.

"Reach Out and Touch the Lord"... Apostle E. Cooper - ELRC

    in Christianity

Not only did the woman with the issue get healed at the touch of His garment so did soooo many others. In this day and age saints have turned into just church folk. Not seeking the Lord but for relationship but what ever they can get. In Jesus day they came from far and near just to receive what everyone else had, a healing, blessed, deliverance touch from the Lord. The disciples developed a relationship because they spent a lot of time with Jesus, The others were people who only knew of Him and what He was qualified to do.

Reason #1 is why the pharisees could not get the true concept of the deliverer. When you reach out and touch Him in FAITH... change WILL come. You will not only seek what He has but you will seek to be with Him... in fellowship with Him, in His company.
