West, Inc., she served as Vice President, Director of Underwriting and Regulatory Compliance, and Claims Management at GAN North America Insurance Co., the US subsidiary of Society - Generale – GAN, Paris (ranked in 1997 as the 8th largest diversified financial institution in the world).  Before GAN, Frank was an Underwriting officer of Commerce and Industry, a division of AIG and subsequently of the Home Insurance Co., where she managed underwriting portfolios in excess of $70M and $143M, respectively.
