Being Effective on Social Media Without it Draining All of Your Time

    in Business

We all know how important social media can be to your business, especially if you're building or running a global business. It can also be one of the biggest time sucks there is. How many times have you logged on or picked up your phone just to check a status and instead got caught up in the news feed? To make it work for you and to be effective with your efforts, you have to learn how to manage the amount of time you give to it and make the best use of that time.

Building and nuturing relationships is important, but how do you do that, manage your content and make new connections without spending all of your time online? Different pieces have to come into play and work together. Let's talk about those things and how you can bring them together to make social media work for you without draining all of your time.

    How To Feed Your Productivity

    in Business

Being productive takes more than the right tools and supportive habits. This is one reason why my approach to helping people get things done is a holistic one. I look at things on all levels, one of them being physical.

That level encompasses more than having your environment structured in a way that serves you. Another necessary component is diet. What you eat will either fuel or hinder your productivity. How many times have you stopped working to eat lunch, come back to what you were were working on and just not had the energy or capacity to continue with the same focus or to continue at all? You might also find that there are times in the day when you lose concentration.

Then there are those times when you're on the go all day so you either miss out on meals or end up eating things that you know you shouldn't eat, but you do because it's what's available, sucomming to the horrors of fast food. What's convenient isn't necessarily what's good for you. It's easy to give into the excuse of not having the time to prepare proper meals or to shop, but you're paying the price both physically and when it comes to getting things off your to-do list.

Simply put, food impacts your prodcutivity. It's time to look at what you're eating that diminishes your productivity and make a shift to fueling your prodcutivity. During this broadcast I'm going to show you how what you're eating is eating away at your productiity and help you see how changing what you eat can contribute to increasing your productivity by 20%.

A Holistic Approach To Getting Things Done

    in Business

When I ask entrepreneurs what they wish they had more of, the number one answer is almost always, "time". Most are looking for time to get things done in addition to time with loved ones and time to themselves, which they almost never seem to get. The challenge is real for many women entrepreneurs; something they struggle with every day.

When looking for a "fix" most try to resolve it by applying the solutions that are typical, or what I call part of the one-size fits all boxed solutions. Those things may even work, but only for a limited time due to the fact that they don't address what's beneath and the nature of the overall approach.  Simply put, you cannot solve a problem with the same approach or philosophy from which it stems. It just doesn't work. You have to have a totally different approach.

What's necessary is a holistic approach when it comes to getting things done. You have to look at things from a different perspective and apply a more effective approach. During this broadcast we're going to talk about my holistic approach to getting things done. We'll dive into the different perspective and approach as well as what it means to have a holistic approach to getting things done.

Please come join me live as I delve into solving your problems when it comes to getting things done.
