Westchester On the Level
Westchester On the Level's Monday, May 13, 2013, show will focus on the 40-year long deadlocked labor arbitration negotiations between Albany and New York’s local governments; we’ll focus on the process and its impact on the City of Yonkers and its respective union membership. We will also cover the continuing theft of services under the Nepperhan Community Center Executive Director Rev. Dr. Jim Bostic’s alleged conduct in a scam he has perpetrated for years with support of government enablers. We will name the names of those alleged to be aware and who have done nothing to correct this atrocity on the people within the First City Council District. And lastly, we will cover the lack of due diligence performed by those who have accepted lies, tales, and downright deceitful “facts” to substantiate financial ability and make believe resumes to get their hands on taxpayer funds while government accepted the falsehood. At issue now is why?

Westchester On the Level
Brandon J. Neider candidate for Yonkers City Councilmanto represent the 4th district is our guest this morning, Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at 10 am. Hezi Aris is your host. The 11 am to 12 Noon hour will review the already concluded , although hushed contractual Spano Administration / union agreements already concluded. Yonkers Tribune is aware of three concluded with only one additional in negotiation. Neither the Spano Administration nor the unions who have concluded their agreement, nor the one presently in negotiation has validated our findings; but they are done. Imagine one was concluded aover a month ago but all that is heard is silence. Again the question yet to be answered is if there are some new contractual agreement in place and they have been concluded prior to the adoption of Mayor Mike Spano's Proposed FY 2013-2014 Budget, how does the number stipuulated to be a one-time $86 million deficit, and if adopted is balanced, from where will the increased costs of new contracts be exacted. Listen or share your perspective by calling the program at 347-205-9201 during the "live" broadcast time slot. Westchester On the Level
Discussing Mayor Mike Spano's aversion to scrutinize and clean up the mess in Yonkers executive office which he controls and maligns by his conduct while claiming he is learning of more malfeasance that took place under the prior administration is the subject matter discussed on Monday's Westchester on the Level radio program; May 6, 2013, from 10 a.m. onward. Interestingly, not one person has been charged. Not former Mayor Phil Amicone, not JimPinto, not anyone. When will there be an accounting of the money collected by the use of estimated water bills. Where i the money? What about the money spect on paying off electric bills for X2o and the water bill allegedly paid with respect for Zuppa's restaurant? How much longer before Ridge Hill meets the threshhold so that Sales Tax revenue can accrue to benefit the City of Yonkers? When will the Nepperhan Community Center be advised to rid itself of an allegedly thieving executive director who calls himslef Dr. Rev. Jim Bostic? When will SFC Yonkers' last standing Fidelco firm divulge their imprint for economic development on the Yonkers Waterfront? Does Mayor Have enough time to pay attention to the "real issues" confronting the city or are ribbon cuttings consuming his days, 24/7? When will the contractual agreements with developers be such to have bite when they are not adhered to or is that the intentions, that so-called developers are permitted to use the City of Yonkers as their personal bank? When with the Fire Commissioner release an official statement regarding the suspicious fire that took place at Teutonia Hall? When? Hezi Aris is your host today.Listen or share your perspective by calling the program at 347-205-9201 during the "live" broadcast time slot.
