Host Julie Forbes celebrates Gay Pride month with the author of a children's book titled "Rumplepimple" which introduces a mischievous dog with two Moms. Their conversation includes lots of dog training and behavior tips as they reflect on the real life "Rumplepimple", a wire fox terrier named Charlie. www.rumplepimple.com
Next Julie talks with the president of Filson outdoor gear about their upcoming Canine Happy Hour that will host "Eclipse", the dog who rides the bus by herself to take herself to the dog park and then back home. Incredible story and yet another example of how we don't give dogs enough credit! Check out Filson's fine doggie gear at www.filson.com.

"U.S. Girls (Meg Remy), a woman who clearly spends a lot of time in her apartment with the shades drawn, wired together a bunch of drum machines, effects pedals, a mixer, and a Walkman, and unleashed a set of seriously damaged tracks that evoked particularly blunted Lee “Scratch” Perry remixes of Cambodian Rocks covers of Western pop tunes."

Before the big leaguers became big leaguers, there were a few pit stops along the way. One of them happens to be Cooperstown Dreams Park, where 12-year olds get a small taste of the Major League experience.
The King James Radio Network and its founder, Korbid Thompson, were privileged to be on-hand, when the North Brunswick(NJ) Raiders went along for the journey, and played a series of games against teams from around the United States.
This is a literal play-by-play account of the Raiders, and their journey.
He’s back and running for president! Yes, of the USA. Funny thing is, he might be the best candidate of the lot, so cast your vote for Mike Marino, New Jersey’s Bad Boy of Comedy. Mike is on his Presidential Tour and will be campaigning at the Paramount Theater in Asbury Park on August 15. Buy tickets here. Mike has the credentials to be our next president. Born in Jersey City, he entered the world of theatre at an early age, and graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. He appeared in 200+ national TV commercials, and received a Best Actor Clio Award Nomination. He acted in soaps and TV shows including: As the World Turns, One Life to Live, Becker, Nikki, Frasier and Party of Five. He has performed in every major comedy club from NY to LA including: The MGM Grand, Catch a Rising Star, The Comic Strip, Stand Up NY, The Improv, Rascals and The Icehouse. Mike can be seen nightly at the Laugh Factory and The Comedy Store in Hollywood. In 2008, Mike Marino was inducted into the New Jersey Comedy Hall of Fame. But there’s more! Joining Mike as a special guest will be funny lady Sunda Croonquist – maybe she’s gonna be the veep! She’s got all the bases covered: “When you’re Swedish and Black and you look like a Puerto Rican with an Italian step-father and a Jehovah’s Witness mom who loves Country Western music and sells Mary Kay while cheating on Amway sends you to an Irish Catholic School with a Hindu first name. You’re bound to be different!” Don’t miss Mike Marino, the next president, on tour in Asbury Park. After the show, check After Hours at Jersey Coastal Live for more info.
Chatting With Sherri presents Sherri's Playhouse!
This is the first in a series of radio plays under the umbrella of Sherri's Playhouse. Our first play is Sunday In The Park With O'Henry by Roy Proctor. “Sunday in the Park with O Henry” dramatizes three O Henry tales: “The Caliph, Cupid and the Clock” and “By Courier,” published in 1908 in “The Trimmed Lamp.”
So join us on Sunday and sit back and enjoy the sounds from a time a long ago...

Danielle Park called the current commodities bust many years ago. She sees oil hitting the $10-$40 range, shortly. Many other negative trends are in place and the Chinese Economic Miracle will be hit even harder than it is now. However, there's a silver lining to these dark clouds. We're all in for massive change, from driverless vehicles, to reduced petroleum demand, to massive changes in the way we lead ourdaily lives. But fear not, there are better times ahead.
