This is a black arts and culture site. We will be exploring the African Diaspora via the writing, performance, both musical and theatrical (film and stage), as well as the visual arts of Africans in the Diaspora and those influenced by these aesthetic forms of expression. I am interested in the political and social ramifications of art on society, specifically movements supported by these artists and their forebearers. It is my claim that the artists are the true revolutionaries, their work honest and filled with raw unedited passion. They are our true heroes. Ashay!
We continue the SF Fringe Festival on the Air with a rebroadcast of the special interview with Campo Maldito playwright and director Bennett Fisher & Jesca Prudencio; continuing with Blues for Charles's playwright Harry R. Hall; and closing with the creative playwright duo: Linda Ayres-Frederick and Nancy Cooper Frank's Assorted Domestic Emergencies (smile).

DC REAL TALK LIVE RADIO SHOW w/KELSI, DAVID & TONY – TOPIC: "GOT MILK?” – Mine! Mine! Mine! That’s all children understand until they become a certain age to understand that everything does not belong to them. Tonight we’re going to talk about the premature man. A premature infant requires more attention than a full term baby so does a premature man. You can go ahead and spend of your life running behind him, checking his cell phone, his emails, searching through his pockets, following him all over town if you want to, but that’s not the life that God intends for a mature woman. A mature man knows a good thing when he has it; a mature man has restraint, discipline, and morals. Most of all, they won’t take from you if they are not willing to commit to you.
DON’T MISS THIS TONIGHT!!!! Join us this evening from 10pm to 12am (EST) with Kelsi M Arceneaux, David Massey Sr. and Tony L BWord. You can listen to my show anywhere in the world by phone at (646) 721-9565 or by internet. Do you know any premature men? Call in and tell us about it, we would love to hear from you.

The author, speaker and transformational leader had been a student of Buddhism for forty-five years. He is a spiritual archeologist adept at interpreting ancient mythic language. He wrote The Buddha from Babylon after 15 years of extensive research fulfilling his personal quest to unearth the meaning of Buddhist wisdom.
According to new research, before he attained enlightenment, the historical Buddha may have been a seer-stargazer and the philosopher-king of Babylon. In a compelling, alternative biography of the Buddha, author Harvey Kraft asserts in The Buddha from Babylon that in the sixth century B.C.E. Siddhartha Gautama embarked for India after a Persian general seized the throne on the heels of an assassination of the Emperor and the purge of Babylon’s religious order.
The book then follows Siddhartha to India where he achieves Enlightenment and unveils Buddhism’s grand cosmic vision of Existence — a deep revelation that echoes today’s quantum cosmology, espouses pacifism and compassion, and predicts a future of harmony for humanity.

Stage Right is the weekly show that asks the question, "why are there so few conservative voices in drama and theatre?" Join us this week as we look at some putrid examples of playwriting guided by the omniscient presence of television and the left wing world view. We'll also take a look at what some of our friends across the pond have to say about right-wing theatre. Call in to speak with your host, Rocky Benasher or drop him a line at firstname.lastname@example.org. Let's make the conservative voice heard onstage (and off)!
