Join Grief Coach Linda Trignano and I as we discuss her book, The Road Ahead; After the Funeral. This book is a must-read for people who have lost their spouse or life partner. It presents a roadmap of what to expect and how to deal with the everyday necessities of life.
As you begin this journey of bereavement, you may find yourself struggling to make decisions and to perform simple everyday tasks. You may feel that you have lost your way in a world that seems to move on without you. While there are many books filled with information describing grief and how to manage it, there is little information about what to expect, how to survive and make it through everyday life on your own - often for the first time.
Although no one wants to face the death of their spouse or life partner but when it does happen, you can begin again...you can survive. This book helps you answer the following questions and guides you toward a new life. What should you expect? How will you survive? What do you need to do early on and later in the journey? Where can you turn for help?
Linda will also discuss her other venture; Angel Bears.
