back in the 60's there was cult classic tv show call the munsters. and it was going head to head with the adams family. now this friday there going be remake of it for tv only. but the thing that gets me why not bring it to the bring screen with today actors. if they can do the adams family and dukes of hazzard for the big screen why not the munsters. this is who i can see play the parts.
herman munsters=tom noonan
lily munsters=jamie lee curtis
eddie munsters=rory culkin
marilyn munsters=hayden panettiere
that who i would pick for the munsters. it could work. i know there was a 60's big screen movie with cast from the tv show but why not big screen movie with today actors. but instead bryan singer is doing hr halloween thing on the munsters but it not call the munsters there calling it mockingbird lane. the street they live on. and it on this friday night and the cast doesn't even look like them. but like i said before to a big screen movie on the munsters and have it come out around halloween. and make it for kids. plus tom noonan play frankinstine before when he did the movie the monster squad. but it time for the munsters to make a come back and doing a big screen movie would be perfect.

The 60-year-old actor portrayed Eddie Munster on the spooky 1960s show, and says he is no stranger to the supernatural. He plans to save his late aunt's home in Macon, Mo., and has reportedly discovered the house is haunted.
"Every 20 years or so I would drive by the house to visit and last time I went by, I found it was in foreclosure and it was close to being wrecked," Patrick tells FOX News. "I'm working with the banks to try and save it and lo and behold, it turns out it's haunted."

if u where around during the 60's and 70's there where classic muscle cars like road runners, chargers, cudas and many others. people wanted get one cause of the horse power. but then later on they use them in tv and movies like dukes of hazzard,60's batman, knight rider, green hornet and many cars like that. come on when u got into a 69 dodge charger u wanted be a duke boy and same way with the smokey and bandit car. u wanted be them. cause there was something about them. and if it wasn't for the dukes of hazzard people wanted to own a 69 charger and same way with the bandit or knight rider car. plus look at the ghostbusters car echo-1 there been so many muscle cars use in tv shows and movies. my all time favorite car is the general lee that what got me into the classic muscle cars. the horse power in that car. sometimes they have a 420 hemi or a 440 six pack in it. and look who made some these cars for tv shows like the knight rider car and batmoible and his name is george barris. he made the famous knight rider car in the 80's and famous batmoible in the 60's. but the green hornet car is a 1965 chrysler imperial. when that car hit the tv air waves everyone wanted one. and also look at the tv show munsters look at the hot rods they had in that show. but like i said the car i wanted was the general lee aka 69 dodge charger and think i was bo duke. but now the famous muscle car in tv shows today is the supernatural car the one they drive it a 65 chevy impala. when we first saw that car in the first season people fell in love with it. but call in or tune in and tell us what your famous muscle car use in a tv show or a movie.
Butch was born on August 2, 1953 in Los Angeles California. He made his acting debut in 1961 at the age of eight opposite Eddie Albert in the film "The Two Bears". While living in Illinois with his grandmother, Butch was flown to Los Angeles to test for the role of Eddie Munster at CBS Studios. "I went in and an hour later I came out with the job" he recalls. Although a cute little kid, he could play brat parts easily.
Besides his two year stint as a wolf boy with pointed ears, he was a regular on TV's "The Real McCoys", "General Hospital" and "My Three Sons". In between he appeared in numerous commercials and guest spots on many situation comedies throughout the sixties.
In 1971 Butch starred in the Saturday morning kid's series, "Lidsville" opposite Charles Nelson Reilly. The show lasted until 1973 and zoomed Patrick into the teen-idol phase of his career with his face gleaming on the covers of several teen magazines in the early 1970s.
He even formed his own band, "Eddie and the Monsters" and put out a single, "Whatever Happened to Eddie?" which brought him some notoriety because of his role in the Munsters. It was because of that single in 1983 that MTV created the `Basement Tapes' which gave exposure to unsigned bands.
We are thrilled to have Butch on our show and can't wait to hear all about what he's been up to and his upcoming projects! Halloween wouldn't be the same without Butch Patrick!
