    in Business

    Special guest:  Jimenez Bailey.

Let me take this opportunity to share a little about myself.  I'm a Christian speaker and Servant leader. I have always had a passion for people, speaking, and training. My career began in a unique and seemingly unrelated way, yet it brought me closer to my purpose with each successive step.

I am a proud veteran of  the U.S. Army! After completing my military service, I joined American Airlines as an aircraft mechanic. Eventually, I became the Regional Manager of Aircraft Maintenance of Southern California. After spending 14 years with American, I joined a small aviation company in Northern California, as Director of Aircraft Maintenance.

I desired to learn more about Servant Leadership and Customer Service. My next steps were to join the management teams of The Men’s Wearhouse, Starbucks Coffee Company, and attain my degree in Speech Communications.

It wasn’t long ago, however, when my life was heading down the wrong path. I learned the cost and emptiness of pursuing my career-dream over God. Today I live a life of purpose and fulfillment found only in Jesus Christ.

Stepping out on faith I founded JBI Leadership Group in 2000. Today’s busy men and women want and need answers for leading a more balanced and godly life.  I take my calling to encourage and teach very seriously: Humor, personal transparency and biblical teaching are always included in my presentations. I believe God gives us test, that we may have a testimony!

In every presentation and speech I give, my hope is to inspire you to serve more, give more, and to make a positive difference in the lives of others. I look forward to speaking with you soon!

    Stay tuned!

    in Business

This week's show fill feature Tom Cirignano who will discuss an ethical dilemma he faced.

Tune in at 12noon CST on Thursday, January 15th

Thomas Cirignano moved to South Boston as a young man and took over his father's auto repair business. He later went on to author two books:  His autobiography, titled, The Constant Outsider: Memoirs of a South Boston Mechanic, gives readers a chilling look at what went on in South Boston during the 1970s and '80s, the era of mobster "Whitey" Bulger's reign of terror," as Tom calls it. Due to its time and place in Boston's tumultuous history, along with the situations and people Tom encountered, The Constant Outsider is an exciting story in its own right. But in Tom's second book, titled, 67 Cents: Creation of a Killer, he explores an even more bizarre existence. Within this fictional adaptation of his memoir, Tom answers the following question which had lurked in the back of his mind for years. "How might my life have evolved had I taken the alternate path to crime and violence which truly was available to me?"

What Do You Want? - Episode 129 - Making Room

    in Spirituality

So here we are a few days from the beginning of Spring and I am in the spring cleaning mode.  How about you?

What happens when you do your spring cleaning?  For me I go through closets and get rid of stuff.  Clean out drawers and get rid of the detrius that we hold onto in our lives that is no longer useful.  At least that's what I do.  But I also make room for new things to come into my life.

That's what we are going to be talking about on the show.  Making room for more.  Do you have room for more?  I hope so because if you make room for it it will come.  Just like Field of Dreams.

    See you tomorrow.

    Love, light and laughter,

    Michael
