Football star Terrance Kelly phoned about 10:30 p.m. August 12,2014 to tell his little brother that he was waiting out front to give him a ride home. But when the young man stepped out, he found Terrance hanging from the driver's side door, bleeding from gunshot wounds.The 18-year-old lifelong Richmond resident died one day before his athletic talent was to lift him from the tough and gritty town of Richmond,CA on the wings of a full scholarship to the University of Oregon.
