Live Interview With Charmaine N. Ingram, Founder of TGMFF

    in Christianity

She was raised in North Philadelphia (Wendell Street 6th & Allegheny) with her mother, father, & my 2 brothers until her mother moved us up to Magnolia and Haines street (Germantown area). She went to private school Triumph Baptist Church from kindergarten to 7th. Her home church was Second Mennonite located on the 2100 block of Indiana Street. So between Second Mennonite & her private school, she had to learn the meaning of God’s Love, accepting individuals for who they are because no one is ‘Perfect’.

She's now back down North Philadelphia again, it looks and feels different to her now, her peers have different rules than her house and she's still in the mindset of wanting to help others and worrying whether or not she will be accepted due to her thinking differently. Which put her in a spot light of her peers; thinking it’s ok to try her; because she really didn't want any trouble. She became the target of her peers teasing her, call her out. She became angry at her mom, she's thinking to herself why do we seem so different from others, why do my peers think I'm a sell out? I'm only a teenager; how could I be a sell out? My mother tried to explain to me that everyone raises their children differently. Of course she was not trying to hear that, all she knew was her life is a mess no one likes her, she didn't have friends and why did she want to keep helping others when no one is helping her?

Join us Hezekiah L. Montgomery & Nichelle Johnson hosts of The Man In The Mirror as we welcome Charmain Ingram to our platform as she gives her testimony and about The Great Mrs. Fortune Foundation.

Growing Up Ugly: How Do You Heal Emotional Scars From Childhood?

    in Women

How do you learn to feel about yourself when as a child your family and friends told you you were ugly? Whether too tall, too short, too fat, too skinny, too dark, too light, or just plain ugly, whatever your perceived physical defect, the emotional scars become deeply ingrained in your psyche. As adults the childhood negative self images often persist, making healthy personal relationships difficult. Women are often give the early message that if one is not attractive, one is unworthy of love. This leads to insecurity and fears that another, more attractive woman can "take away" a woman's loved one - boyfriend or even husband. This belief about personal attractiveness is at the root of most poor relations between women, the cattiness, gossip, resentment and suspiciousness that prevent women from effectively working together. How do we repair the damage to our sense of self worth? How do we learn to love ourselves no matter what our bodies look like? Energy healer Myeka Bevel guides us through a healing exercise. Later, therapist Howard Williams explains how parents can strengthen a child's self esteem despite the ridicule and teasing from others.

Sleepless Nights Radio w/ Chad Zumwalt

    in Paranormal

My exciting and incredible journey into the paranormal began after a negative encounter with the supernatural. It was at that moment I realized that evil really does exist. At age 16, I sought to find answers, not only for myself, but also for a close relative who remains scared to be left alone...even today after 40 years since their attack.

My focus, determination, perseverance and dedication have been driving forces in identifying, classifying and neutralizing what haunts the living. It didn't take me long to determine that the best way to get a reaction out of an entity was to make it angry. I developed a successful technique, using taunting teasing and harassing. This method was definitely unorthodox and frowned upon by most. I have never let that influence how I run my investigations. Not only has this guaranteed a response from these entities, but has also helped me gather an enormous library of evidence... tangible evidence of their existence.

Yes evil does exist. Your nightmares, your fears, and those things that go bump in the night should be respected. The majority of the cases I've  worked on over the years, have been families that have sought me out to give them answers or a better understanding of what is going on in their home.My top priority every time I start an investigation is to follow through with an interview of all family members to determine if there is a haunting. If there is, I use my proven techniques to make its presence known, gather evidence and I never conclude the case without exterminating that unseen pest and educating the clients. The saying, " knowledge is power " , is absolutely true. It is a scary reality, but I have yet to run into an entity or spirit that had good intentions. Their ultimate goal is to destroy humans... mentally, physically and spiritually. That's just what they do...But hunting them down is what I do.

The Week In Reviews -Drea M - Timebomb

    in Music

Drea. M commands the heart to listen. Soulful grit, haunting vocals, and mesmerizing live performances make this Bay Area songstress a must-hear sonic treat. With gutsy, raw emotion at the core of her songs, Drea. M does not compromise on the other elements of songwriting. Her lyrics are sophisticated, provocative, and expressed in unique cadences and layers, creating an unusual sonic quality, both edgy and refined. From multi-instrumental acoustic arrangements on her first album, Surrender (released under the name “Drea Muldavin”), to the more recent incorporation of electronic, orchestral, big-sound beats (such as her “Timebomb” single), Drea. M's style is ever-expanding, teasing her music into new realms. No matter the direction her songs take, what continues to drive her music is a haunting, atmospheric, and intricately textured sound, and an unwavering honesty about what it means to be profoundly alive. Drea. M has recently filmed a new video in support of her latest single, “Timebomb.”
