Ep 7: Ancestor Healing Divination with guest Robert Lucas

    in Spirituality

Join us Thursday Jan 15th 7pm EST (Friday 9am Japanese Time) at Divination Radio with your hosts, Fiona Benjamin (Chinese-American Diviner) and Michael "Uncle Monkey" Lennon (Cartomancer).

This week we are joined by Robert Lucas, aka Tata Saulembo, who is an ancestral priest in the Bakulu tradition. He will be speaking about his new ancestral divination book and divination set on the air. At the end of the show, he will also be doing readings. This is a show you do not want to miss.

The fundamental premise of his practice is that by embracing your own ancestors and spirits first – the unseen beings who are already all around you – you can align to your own deep wellspring of spiritual passion, power and purpose in a way that reflects your unique spiritual fingerprint. If you choose to learn from him, you will gain the most powerful foundation in the deep waters of your own ancestral current possible, an unshakeable rock from which you can then venture forth into almost any other shamanic system known to man with a self-confidence and intuitive inner guidance that that takes most people a lifetime to cultivate. The techniques and processes he teaches aren’t a “religion” – they’re deeper than that. These are the methods that religions themselves are made of – the cross-cultural currents from which gods and spirits themselves are born.

Royalty-free Music: Listen to a sample of really free music from Jason Shaw

    in Business

Welcome to the School of social marketing, featuring the Nicheprof, Dr. Ron Capps.

Today, we're turning the show over to Jason Shaw.

Jason is a music producer, who provides royalty free music, for free.

Dr. Capps brought Jason to my attention this past week. I've wanted to do a music show for a while. Since we're moving rapidily through the holiday season, I thought this would be a good time to do it.

Unlike many of the musicians who produce music for online videos, Jason names each track.

So, in order of presentation, you'll hear

    Big Swing Band

Boogie Woogie Bed - he's referring to a soundtrack that you can talk over...

    Clap Along

    Double Blues

    Eggyptian Crawl

    Lions Heart

    Namaste

    Ooh Hey

    Right on Red

    Fight Scene

    Texas Techno

The music is available for you to download and use from his website

    AudioNautix.com

I'm pleased to announce that Dr. Capps and I will begin a live broadcast on Wednesday, December 31st at 11:30 AM EST.

We've been doing the show on Sunday since August 8th, 2008. It's be a casual conversation about social media.

But times change, and so does technology. We want to Hangout with you. We want to have guests. We want to let the developers of some of the top information products tell you, first hand, how and why they developed their product. And why you should care.

So, once again, you're listening to a random sample of music from Jason Shaw.

If you like what you hear, you can download and use his music, for free, if you give him credit for producing it.

    Seems reasonable, doesn't it?

It's all instrumental, so you can just think.

I'm Ken English, the mediamojoguy, saying TATA for now - TATA, that's Think And Take Action.

WALTER DOMINGUEZ, Latino award winning filmmaker

WALTER DOMINGUEZ, Latino award winning filmmaker

Being a CTE Teacher in my other life I hear all the time about students who are going to leave high school and immediately make the “Big Time $$$$” in some field of Entertainment and so today I wanted to talk to someone  who has actually “been there, done that”. I give full credit for borrowing the show descriptions from  my friends at Armando F. Sanchez productions and for the Information Provided by Walter’s Public Relations People

In our fast-paced, chaotic world, it is difficult (if not impossible) to imagine the lives of those who came before us, even just two generations ago.  And yet, more than ever, each of us still has a yearning to connect with the past, to better understand those who came before us and made us who we are.

That is the journey undertaken by filmmaker Walter Dominguez in the extraordinary documentary “Weaving the Past:  Journey of Discovery.”

As a young man, Dominguez was inspired by his grandfather, Emilio, known as “Tata,” who was one of the most prominent and beloved Mexican Methodist ministers in idyllic Santa Paula in rural Southern California.  A community leader who was known for his generous heart and kind spirit, Tata died in 1973.  Three decades later, with the generation that knew Tata best quickly dying away, Dominguez picked up his camera to uncover the long-hidden secrets of Tata’s earliest years.

Walter brings to this award-winning film his unique sensibility as a storyteller and his perspective as an American Latino. Walter’s skills are a result of his extensive background as a director, assistant director, 2nd unit director, writer and producer in Hollywood studio features, television series, independent features.
