I had the chance to visit last Winter.  At that time, I took several pictures and  I made notes to my recorder.

We loaded completed pictures on our facebook page.

The site brought up such a load of emotion, I started to research the Subject.

Construction was in process on the structure, but a walk thru was provided by the City.

The signs indicated "The First Glipse" was open to the public.

I walked to the PATH from there I was able to use the new thru way to access Brookfield Mall.

I also walked into the New Store Front that is connected to the new structure, which was not finished at that time.

ABOUT THE WTC SITE - One World Observatory, Transportation Hub, WTC Retail, Procurement, Memorial & Museum - There are four building that I can see at this time also the 2 pools and museum and Path

A Theory of Parenting - Sexual Assualt - Code Word "Transfers"

    in Parents

    Hello,

Welcome to A Theory of Parenting on Blogtalkradio.com

    My name is Tammi Joyner

I am your Host for the Show

Today we have topic that we rate a PG.

We would like to discuss with our audience and teens and parents

    the topic of STD.

We looked up the topic at http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/sexually-transmitted-diseases-stds/basics/definition/con-20034128 and www.forensic-access.co.uk/body-fluids-forensic-science-sexual-assaults-rapes.asp

Yes, Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), or sexually transmitted infections (STIs), are generally acquired by sexual contact.

The organisms that cause sexually transmitted diseases may pass from person to person in blood, semen, or vaginal and other bodily fluids.

Some such infections can also be transmitted nonsexually, such as from mother to infant during pregnancy or childbirth, or through blood transfusions or shared needles.

It's possible to contract sexually transmitted diseases from people who seem perfectly healthy — people who, in fact, aren't even aware of being infected. Many STDs cause no symptoms in some people, which is one of the reasons experts prefer the term "sexually transmitted infections" to "sexually transmitted diseases."

A Theory of Parenting - NYPL - Peter Mendelsund and High Line Park

    in Parents

The High Line (also known as the High Line Park) is a 1.45-mile-long (2.33 km) New York City linear park built in Manhattan on an elevated section of a disused New York Central Railroad spur called the West Side Line.[1] Inspired by the 3-mile (4.8-kilometer) Promenade plantée (tree-lined walkway), a similar project in Paris completed in 1993, the High Line has been redesigned and planted as an aerial greenway andrails-to-trails park.[3][4]  perishing square beams is a kid friendly part of the high line!
We chose this spot due to the graphic natural that it shares with our feature Artist Peter Mendelsund!

    NYPL says:
The practice of designing jackets and covers for books becomes a lens through which to view the question: What do books look like? (How much of the imaginative content of the reading experience is the author's, and how much is the readers; who owns the reading experience; can an author preside in some real way over our reading imaginations; what are the parameters which hem in the reading imagination? How should books be packaged and sold?) These questions will be touched on during a rich visual tour of Peter Mendelsund's design work.
