Master Limas made history when she became the first American to win a gold medal at the 24th Olympic Games in Seoul, Korea in taekwondo, which made its Olympic debut as an exhibition sport. She is a member of the Taekwondo Hall of Fame.

Dr. Bakari is a professor of psychology at Des Moines Area Community College in Iowa. She is also the creator of Talking Trees, an organization that supports and encourages adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse to live openly in order to heal.
She is also a playwright and hosts a FB page also titled Talking Trees. She has been living openly as an incest survivor for the past 6 years when she began to embark on the work with survivors.
To keep balance in her life she practices dance, weight training, runs and is a 3rd degree black belt in taekwondo. She is also a poet and shares some of her work on the Talking Trees website.
She and her husband of 23 years completed their PhDs together while homeschooling their two children. Now days, traveling is the one thing that her entire family enjoys, including trips to Egypt, Turkey, Thailand and Mexico.

Dmitry Gerasimov is a professional mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter who currently competes in the featherweight division of Ressurection Fighting Alliance (RFA), which airs their fights on AXS TV. Originally born in Saint Petersburg, Russia, he has lived in the US since he was 5 years old. He was the Minnessota State and Regional Taewkondo champion for blackbelt. He is a student of UFC bantamweight Pedro Munhoz and Strikeforce veteran Marcus Kowal in California. Gerasimov will be fighting Chinzo Machida, older brother to UFC fighter Lyoto Machida, at RFA 15 on June 6th at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Culver City, Ca.

Tara Cardinal's acting career started when she was discovered in a shopping mall and acted in her first movie in 2006. Tara frequently appears in horror and fantasy films and likes to perform her own stunts. Moreover, Cardinal has not only acted on stage, but also has modeled for various comic book characters, performed at Renaissance Festivals, and even done live shows as a professional wrestler. A dedicated humanitarian and staunch advocate for children's rights, Tara co-founded the non-profit peer counseling organization C.L.U.B. (Children Living Under Blindness) at age 12 and has toured middle schools in both America and Canada educating children on their rights and resources since the age of 15.
Hamid Lahrizi is an international champion in Karate & Kickboxing and holds an 8th Degree Black Belt. He teaches Kickboxing, Shotokan, Shidokan, Taekwondo, Boxing, MMA, XMA, Gymnaskicks, Tricking, Dragon Traditionz Xtreme Martial Arts, and all Mixed Extreme Martial Arts.
Nassim "Young Dragon" Lahrizi is a Jr. Black Belt 5 time WKC Karate & Kickboxing World Champion with 108 Titles from 2011 till 2014. Nassim is a competitor of the year 2012 and 2013., award by Action Martial Arts Magazine Hall of Honors.

Nadia and Anabella head down to Houston, Texas, for what they thought would be a relaxing vacation. There once was a motto that Ashley heard in her youth through her Taekwondo life 'Reach for the Stars' and that is what Ashley has always done. It was through her upbringing that the values Ashley has and displays come from. With her parents always cheering her on in life she was able to grow up having faith in herself and her ability to conquer the world.

Tecia Torres has been involved in martial arts since 5 years of age. She began in Karate as a child and after twelve years she received her black belt in TaeKwonDo.
In December 2013, Tecia was announced as one of 11 women signed by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) for its newly created strawweight division. It was also announced that she would compete as a cast member on next season of The Ultimate Fighter reality series, as part of a tournament to crown the inaugural strawweight champion.
Tecia will be with us on TOC Radio to take questions from our enthusiastic TOC Kids who are actively competiting in Jiu-Jitsu and well known for their skills at TOC Events.

I will interview my teacher, Master Barbara Robinson, Owner & Head Instructor of Gentle East Martial Arts in Midlothian (VA)--who will share her perspective on furthering the education and empowerment of our children through Taekwondo, a Korean martial art.
Brian Reynolds became an activist against bullying after experiencing it firsthand when he started a new school.
In order to learn how to defend himself, Reynolds was introduced to martial arts, loved it, and started competition. In 2012, Reynolds won the Triple Crown Texas Championship titles and was #1 in the World Championship Rankings for his age division with the American Taekwondo Association.
In addition to being a Black Belt, Reynolds is honored to be an Eagle Scout, and Member of the National Eagle Scout Association (NESA).
Reynolds was presented with the Gold Presidential Service Award and the Platinum Presidential Active Lifestyle Award (PALA) from President Obama.
Through martial arts, Reynolds was identified as a 2016 Olympic Hopeful in boxing and trained at the Mayweather Boxing Club in Las Vegas until Spring, 2013. It was during this period that Reynolds was appointed Ambassador for World Champions Against Bullying and the Non Violence Project Foundation. He is also the youngest Member on the WBC (World Boxing Council) Cares Committee and he is supported by the NBA Cares.
Reynolds interviews champion athletes, entertainers, and celebrities for BullyTalk.org, a non-profit charity 501(c) organization that he founded to provide support and inspiration to teens that are experiencing bullying today.
With his exposure to broadcasting, Reynolds changed his direction to pursue acting, where he performs as often as possible in live Improv shows. In 2014, Reynolds starts college with a major in Pre-Law. He is 16.
