in Weight Loss
It's become common knowledge that weight loss is not merely about energy balance - calories in, calories out. Modern day science has demonstrated that calories are not created equal and each person loses weight differently. It's also become some what common that how we carbohydrates (carbs) plays the biggest role in whether we gain weight or lose it. In this radio show, Robert Ferguson shares insight into his "Super Simple Method of Carb Stepping" and how you (anyone) can cut through the confusion, and eat food favorites to include carbs in the right portion and in the right combination to optimize blood sugar, insulin levels and lose all the weigh one wants.

For most of us, if we don’t feel well, we go to a conventional doctor. They diagnose us and, if necessary, recommend conventional medicine. Hopefully, we get better.
What if you go to a conventional doctor to find out if something is wrong and they give you a clean bill of health – yet you know, in your soul, something isn’t right? This is your mind and body speaking to you.
Does your mind and body know something that the medical experts may not? Can that “sixth sense” possibly save your life?
Kathleen O’Keefe Kanavos is a living, breathing, and very much alive example of someone that listened to her spiritual self and refused to accept what the doctors told her. Her experiences motivated her to write a book on the subject: SURVIVING CANCERLAND: Intuitive Aspects of Healing (Cypress House). She is also an inspirational speaker, talk radio host, mentor, writer, blogger, and columnist.
”Kat” is a three-time breast cancer survivor who listened to her innate senses, especially her sixth sense, to monitor her health and guide her toward assertively addressing her life-threatening medical dilemma. Based on her experiences, she has become an expert in how to monitor your health, as well as other important aspects of your life through innate intuition, meditation and prayers. On Because Hope Matters Radio, Kat will share with our listeners her journey from her first diagnosis of cancer to her tips and strategies for interacting with the fairly closed minded medical profession.
