I have lived in Tampa, Fl for over 22 years and I am an avid sports fan. I do my research and get all the facts before I give my opinion. My passion is for all sports but the most important one to me is by far football. I have worked for the Tampa Tribune for 3 years, radio broadcasting, and even covered the Arena Football League. I have covered every sport from volleyball to the UFC and I look forward to bringing my years of sports experience to my new radio show. Like the great Herm Edwards said “ You play to win the game, Hello? You play to win the game. You don't play it to just play it. That's the great thing about sports: you play to win, and I don't care if you don't have any wins. You go play to win. When you start telling' me it doesn't matter, then retire. Get out! 'Cause it matters."

Do you think that Ndamukong Suh is the top free agent, in the NFL?

    in Sports

In this episdoe of The Red Light Sports Ramble, presented by The Red Light Sports Network, Evan Witalison and Troy Otradovec will take a look at some of the hottest topics, in the world of sports.  Tonights show will focus on Brett Favre's Hall of Fame Ceremony.  If you had the chance to attend Favre's ceremony, would you go?  The once unknown quarterback, who Ron Wolf traded for, set numerous individual records, during his 20 year career.  He also brought the Vince Lombardi Trophy, back to Green Bay.  However, after the 2007 season, Favre retired and then un-retired.  The Packers were ready to hand over the reigns, to Aaron Rodgers.  Favre was traded to the New York Jets, and after one year, Favre bolted to the Vikings.  Some Packer fans had a bitter taste in their mouth, and made it known when he returned to Lambeau Field, as a Viking.  Time mends wounds, and Favre will have his #4 jersey retired.

Ndamukong Suh is considered a top free agent, in 2015.  The Super Bowl is over, which means teams focus on the free agency period.  Some teams will consider what players they need to bring back, while others will scour the open market.  Suh has been deemed a "dirty player" by some fans and players.  No one will argue the domination of Suh.  In his five years, Suh has recorded 36 sacks.  Is Suh worth the big price tag, and his sometimes irrational play, on the field?

The Green Bay Packers have a number of free agents, to consider re-signing.  They are in a good situation, when it comes to the salary cap.  However, two players could command a big payday.  Brian Buluga had a bounce back year, and showed he can be a dominate tackle.  Randall Cobb has impressed, since his rookie year.  Cobb also returned from injury, in 2013.  He put up 91 catches, 1,287 yards, 12 TD's.  Which one is more important for the Packers to sign?

To begin the second half of the podcast Eno and Big Al dissect Ndamukong Suh's signing with the Miami Dolphins, the franchise reacting to his decision by trading for Baltimore Ravens defensive tackle Haloti Ngata, and how the team got to the point where a Hall of Fame level player left the organization in his prime.
