A Gray Matter Show Special Edition: A Generation of Young Leadership

    in Spirituality

In 1961, Freedom Rider activists started a civil right movement challenging the non-enforcement of the United States Supreme Court decisions Irene Morgan v. Commonwealth of Virginia (1946) and Boynton v. Virginia (1960), which ruled that segregated public buses were unconstitutional.  This movement of young people from all lifestyles became vital component to seeing the change that was needed.

Today, we are met with the same prejudices in police brutality, racial profiling, and many other social injustices and God has raised up a new generation of leaders.  On our next Gray Matter Show with Apostle Norma Gray, I want to introduce you to a group of spirit filled young people that are making a difference every day.  The voices of this generation will release a word over the airwaves and into the nations. There is an answer for situations like that of the Baltimore riots, and it's in mouths of my guests.  We welcome our special guests Min. Brian Wright, Prophetess Latrice Leake, Min. Chris Montgomery and Youth Leader Rashida Brown.

No Matter What We Must Stay FocuseIn lifed

    in Christianity

In this life many different things will come up while we are working on life goals. Example on the job working hard to go to tne next level of promotion. No matter how late we have to work or how hard it get done ,because we are seeking a better position. In our spiritual walk with God we should apply the same tatics no matter how long or hard we have to work we should be willing and stay focused. to get it done

How many people we help each year? How many people know we belive in God and told them about his goodness? How are you know in your community or do you mine your business and turn a blind eye and deaf ear?

C.D. - Baltimore Exposes a Dire Need for Help & that Black Lives do NOT Matter !

    in Current Events

    ASA,

OK, I have to re-re correct myself, for it was stated before the grand jury indictments, that State's Attorney Mosley had indeed accomplished this at the time she read the charges against the BPD6.

I was wrong, but only because of the errant reporting by the media.

In the meantime, have you read about how Baltimore is practically spiraling out of control?

38 murders so far in May, the worse is 15 years? Including the execution-style slaying of a 31-year-old woman and her 7-yeaer-old son?

Black Lives Matter? Great for a wall-hanging slogan, but apparently, for the lot of us, that's as far as it goes.

    Any protests? Rallies?

As the trial of the BPD6 approaches, are the BPD partly to blame? After all, the reports are that they're either too demoralized or afraid, to carry out their sworn duty as police officers. According to the head of their union, the BPD is "more afraid of going to jail than getting shot">

MAYBE this is the best argument for a mandatory residency policy for all municipal workers, including (especially?) the police?

Do the DOJ's "investigations" send the wrong message, emboldening the criminals, while demonizing and neutering the police?

Yet, what is the proper manner of reacting to what many believe, are too many killings of black people, at the hand of police?

No matter how you slice it, "Houston", we've got a big problem in Black America.

P.S. To the police of Baltimore or anywhere:

Do you are so presumptuous to maintain that under no circumstance, are police to be held to accountability, rebuke or scorn, and that the people who you pledged to serve, are completely out of sorts, when conditions may lead them to be suspicious of the intent and actions of scores of your colleagues?

2015-05-25 Black Wives Matter -w- Bro. Louis Ali

    in Politics

We need our Black wives.  Without them, we as Black men have no peace and no way to progress.  It's time we as Black men make the bold decision to state exactly how needed and loved our beautiful Black wives are.  Every real Black man who is married to a Black woman knows that "Black Wives Matter."  And every real Black man who is not married to a Black woman is anxiously awaiting the moment that he can proudly proclaim that he has finally found his life's complement.

In life, there's nothing more important than findng the right mate and building a healthy Black family.  It's time that Black men take the time and say thank you to our Creator and Ancestors for giving us the best mate that man could ask for - the Black woman!  Every Real Black Man Knows That . . . . . .
