Stress is a valuable waste of time and can cause physical problems. There are answers from the Creator of our bodies! God wants us to 'cast our cares on Him', and take care of our bodies too! Just as major appliances come with manuals to tell us how they operate at maximum potential, humans were given a manual and directions: "Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth.'
There is a way to MOTIVATE yourself, and hear the voice of God, abandoning all other voices, for the HIGHEST CALLING. Each one of us has a 'reasonable service' to dedicate our bodies to God's service, and we are here to SERVE; not be served or make ourselves happy through THINGS which we cannot take with us.
We are called to be soldiers, 'studying to show ourselves approved unto God' by reading what God says as HE created us and ultimately, everything belongs to God, and will ultimately go back to God in the end. As soldiers, we can be on the winning side or the 'other' self-serviing selfish side. Then..when we stand individually before God, we will be accountable for the talents he loaned us while in these bodies on Earth.
