Stress- We have some idea of how stress affects us mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. We know that it is intense and perceived pressure which needs to be addressed; otherwise, there will be manifestations occurring such as: migraines, backaches, depression, psychosis, impaired cognition with memory loss, suicides, homicides and other opportunistic conditions, etc. However, stress can harmfully affect other dimensions of our lives--which we rarely consider.
