Sheffra A.Williams is CEO of Heart2Heart Business Communications and Media, (sheffrawilliams.com), an organization that transforms CEO’s and customers through the power of their stories. Her seminal question, “How has this organization made more possible in your life?” has transformed customers from consumers to brand ambassadors, owners into visionaries, and employees into change agents. Her company helps business owners to find their “bigger why” stories, claim their vision for their lives, share their calling with their customers. She helps customers of a business to see their visions and dreams and how that company helped them to achieve it.
Currently, she sponsors a community service for visionaries and those who feel they are called to do a particular work in the world, called, Better Business Vision. Amazing CEO’s share their “Come to Vision Moment,” when they knew their was a higher calling on their lives, and the decision they made to follow it anuncover for the first time, their own “Vision Roots.”
Sheffra’s book, now a classic, Flying With Two Wings: Finding and Living Your Passion, first published in 1989, LA Times reviewed and researched based, documented the reality of Carl Jung’s words, “what you did as a child when the hours passed liked minutes, here lies your earthly pursuit.”
Trusting their capacity to carry that vision forward, with her skills and proprietary processes,
Peter Druker is quoted saying that "culture will eat strategy for breakfast every time". Although most people in business believe that the key to business success is in the strategy, companies like Apple and Zappos understand that the key to business successes is in the mind-set of an individual and the collective mindset, otherwise known as culture. Strategy is important but there is a sequence as to how to get the best performance and productivity and mindset and culture come first. Today we are going to hear from Ken Courtright on how he translates his powerful mindset into his marketing strategies that have made him a big success and make money for others.
