Tonight on Liberal Dan Radio:
I could not get to DOMA this week because of the other topics being discussed. So I will start that conversation next week.
However, since the toll election is this Saturday, I also wanted to have a discussion with Bambi Hall, Public Information Officer for the LA DOTD. In an election where both sides have shared some falsehoods, I wanted to clear some up so voters can be informed.
Brief discussions will also be had on the silliness of zero tolerance policies and on how the media can do major harm to individuals when they report on who has been accused of a crime.
And, as always, I will present a snarky view at this week's headlines, present the tweet of the week, and share some words of redneck wisdom.

While in Europe during World War II General Eisenhower viewed the ease of travel on the German autobahns. That, coupled with the experiences of a young Lt. Col. Eisenhower in the 1919 Transcontinental Convoy, convinced the President of the overwhelming need for safer and speedier highways. Finally, an update on the tolls. Your's truly was booed at a town hall meeting the other day for daring to suggest that all the votes should count. I had an interesting discussion with Pat Hand, attorney for stop the tolls, that might have you questioning how he ever was able to graduate law school. Some other news and notes about the tolls will also be discussed.

Bush, Tolls and CISPA
On tonight's episode of Liberal Dan Radio:
The George W Bush Presidential Library opened today. Is it time to look back at Bush's legacy? Early voting for the toll issue has started. How are the anti-toll advocates misleading people? What new information has popped up? Are Jefferson Parish officials purposefully supressing the vote?
And CISPA came up for a vote this week and it flew through the House. Does it stand a chance of becoming law? Is the law needed for our security or an overreaching governmental attack on our civil liberties.
