With a degree in Labor Relations from Cornell University and over thirty years experience counseling employees and management, Jeff Maschi is more than qualified to hear your "On The Job Complaining". Call Jeff and ask anything about your job and your workplace. Or, if you're a business owner, ask him how to deal with your employees. Any topic is fair game, like:
My company won't cover my medical expenses.
Hiring and Firing: What's the right and wrong way?
Dealing with Problem Employees.
Asking for more money or time off.
Handling Co-worker Conflicts.
How to Navigate a Bad Boss.
Romance in the Workplace.

The frequency of complaining is toxic to the system and the environment, our relationships and more! Tune in LIVE today and lets resolve this issue of complaining about everything! It keeps us from our peace of mind, devastates our dreams and is a horrible example to display to our children.
Several months ago I was at a fantastic gathering. As I was grazing around the buffet table I couldn't help but over hear several women complaining...about everything! I noted that these women were all divorced, in jobs they hated and they looked exhausted. Is there a correlation?
Look at the freuqency of "offendedness" in this culture. We are stuck in a mindset that is imploding within us instead of one that is expansive! Lets witness our complaints and TAKE ACTION TODAY!
Some of us think and deeply believe that if we complain long enough we will somehow magically solve the problem or issue we been complaining about - not realizing that in order to complain about an issue it is necessary to focus on the very same issue from the perspective of what's wrong rather that how we would prefer it to be. .....
Does this outlook typically create added problems or actual solutions?

Complaining is not of God , because complaining is doubting God. Why do we complain. Dissatisfaction comes when our attention shifts from what we have to what we don't have. Paul warns the Phillippians, "do all things without murmurings and disputings. That you may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke , in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, aong whom you shine as lights in the world. Philipians 2:14-15
Significant world events will be discussed on this program before the Bible study according to Luke 21:34-36.
How does God view marriage? This is discussed before the main topic.

Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos is part of (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement which is an umbrella term which covers all of the social groups Mr. Emmanuel Barbee has created online since 1991. Emmanuel Barbee is trying to create a coalition based on his revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition. Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos is an online advocacy group to raise public awareness about the atrocities which is taken place in American ghettos or urban communities. Since Emmanuel lacks support from established black organizations in his city he decided to create social groups and promote his revised book in hopes to generating capital so that he can hire 30 qualified individuals to assist him in jump starting his organization in the murder capital of America Chicago.
Since 2001, over 4,000 people has been murdered in Chicago alone and yet no black leader in his city has a plan on how to solve urban violence. For twenty three years Emmanuel vision to improve Urban America has been ignored this is why he decided to make his organization private so that he can focus on those who want to work with him and for those who want and need his services. Through his organization he hopes to form a coalition of religious leaders and human rights organizations in the United States to solve these social conditions one community, one city, and one state at a time. He will only focus on 25 cities within 25 states. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will create a more effective and collective voice by including local residents who are clients or members in the decision making process and who are dedicated in preventing violence.

Tonight's special guest is Mary Romero from Richmond, Virginia, an abuse survivor and Life Coach who specialize in the areas of trauma and abuse. She has written an autobiography, entitled "The Breakdown of an All-American Family: an autobiography of child abuse domestic violence and recovery." She'll soon be coming out with a follow up book, "Repurposing Your Pain," meant to help survivors learn to become thrivers! Stemming from Mary's childhood filled with abuse and domestic violence, Mary started working with the juvenile population over twenty five years ago in an effort to help effect change after working in the legal field. Her dedication and determination to help stop abuses of children and adults alike has made her an expert in her field. Whether dealing with a difficult teenager, dealing with a child that a parent cannot reach or who's being bullied, "I am here to help," writes Mary. "I am a specialist in conflict resolution and communication skills as well as specializing in behaviorally challenged children. I work with local schools and colleges and present workshops to enable our youth to have the proper 'life skills' that are necessary in today's society." Her book, "The Breakdown of an All-American Family," is available through Amazon and through her website. The genuine and authentic nature of her writing stems from a past that allows her to connect with other victims and survivors of childhood trauma.
Today was a good day in the city. The Stop Mass Incarceration Network called for a solidarity rally and march to be held here in NYC and across the nation. I went with my friends, comrades and allies from the International Action Center, Peoples Power Assembies, Occu-Evol and the WWP to Union Square this afternoon.
I will have a few clips from today's actions and, of course, some thoughts on the whole situation.

Tonight's special guest is Tim Fisher, a returning NAASCA family member who lives in the Las Vegas area and runs Juvenile Justice Now. Tim, a child abuse survivor, will be with us tonight to describe his experience, strength and hope. Tim was seven years old when he met his predator, a neighbor, teaching Sunday school at the Baptist church. Now Steve Friess has written an article about Tim's important work: One Survivor's Crusade Reveals a Plague of Errors in Nation's Sex Offender Registries. The subtitle: "Estimates of the number of entries with crucial mistakes run into the tens of thousands. One man—and pretty much only one man—is trying to fix them." Tim has told us in the past, "By the time I had reached my 14th birthday I had been sexually molested approximately 350 times over the course of seven years." He continues, "It took four years for me to become strong enough to come forward." Eventually he went to the Anaheim police and reported his abuse and name his predator. From start to finish it took a year almost to the day for him to be convicted. Eventually he took a plea of guilty to 49 counts of child molestation, lewd conducts involving a minor and with the use of force. Sadly although he was sentenced to 2 to 12 years he was released after serving just nine months. "I’m here to remind you that the abuse never stops for the victim," Tim says, "I encourage anyone who has been sexually abused to make a report even if it happened when you were a child." In the recently published article, Steve accompanies Tim to the home of his molester, a registered sex offender.
