The same employees and consumers are the ones purchasing the goods and services. Millions of Americans are jobless today and the same politicians you voted for have made it legal for owners of companies to send jobs into countries so companies can pay cheaper wages. Politicians have made it legal for owners to bring in people from other countries to do jobs here in America while millions of us Americans remain jobless. Much of unemployment is political and you have political control for sure. Register to Vote during this month. Vote for politicians who can tell you what they are doing or have done to raise minimum wages; renew unemployment benefits; create jobs. I can tell you from tracking politics over these last 6 years who will pass the right bills so America's families can begin to reap paychecks, and new homes, and new cars, and vacations, and children who can have a little something extra more often. Many of us would like to cook authentic Asian dishes at home, but sometimes the ingredients are hard to find. And if you haven't learned by now, the mainstream grocery stores are overcharging you double, sometimes triple what you would pay at the Asian markets. So on this episode, I'll be sharing some dishes for a simple, healthy menu that is inexpensive, flavorful, and fun for your guests. And I'll talk in depth about the ingredients: what to look for, what brands I recommend, and where to buy them.
I'll also be sharing the Rola Family Lumpia Recipe, also known as Filipino Spring Rolls, and walking you through step-by-step so you can make them at home. Over the years people have begged me for the recipe, and I'm sharing it with you on this show. Anyone who has tasted my family's lumpia, is never satisfied with egg rolls or spring rolls served in a restaurant ever again! And to go with it, you'll learn the Ilocano Filipino traditional dipping sauce, plus the common mainstream restaurant-style sauce. I'll also share other variations of egg rolls or spring rolls from Southeast Asia that you may not have tried before, and are equally simple, tasty, and addictive! Some of these options are even Gluten-Free!
There are even more brands of soy & fish sauce than there are brands of American breakfast cereals, so I'll give you the names of brands that I recommend, and places where you can find them.
And of course what food gathering is complete without some kind of dessert? So I will be sharing my recipes for Matcha Green Tea Blondies, other Asian desserts that include Gluten-Free options that your guest will love!

The show promotes and discusses the ideas of true freedom and liberty for all people without the partisan politics. Exposing the government for what it is, a mafia that rules only by the threat of force without concent. The show supports peaceful consentual voluntary relationships.Where the people are not extorted, robbed, oppressed, controlled and abused under the threat of force by the government and in many cases actual force is used to force compliance.
Governments and it's rulers have no place in the world. I am an individual and I believe in freedom and liberty for all people, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation as all human beings have a right to freedom and liberty. I will stand up to government oppression and do what I can to educate the public on the illusion and or lack of true freedom in America.

The Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) is FHAs reverse mortgage program which enables you to withdraw some of the equity in your home. The borrower chooses how they want to withdraw their funds, whether in a fixed monthly amount or a line of credit or a combination of both. Borrowers can also use a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage to purchase a primary residence if the borrower is able to use cash on hand to pay the difference between the HECM proceeds and the sales price plus closing costs for the property that is being purchased.
As the demographics of the nation continues to trend towards older homeowners, this could be an area of high growth for mortgage originators and investors.
Joining the broadcast to discuss Home Equity Conversion Mortgages is David Fontanilla, Founder and Managing Partner of Madison Paige Capital and Pioneer Analytics. David has been involved in an array of residential mortgage capital markets activities, ranging from structuring, negotiating and executing portfolio Acquisitions, dispositions and securitizations to company acquisitions and public policy formulation.
