What does it have to do with Get Healthy Now?
Why this sound? How does it make you feel?
Something or someone comes to an abrupt stop.
X-Rays, shoulder dislocated, stiff due to 15 hrs delay
ER Dr tried 3 x, put me out, shoulder in.
Why am I telling this story? Ways to get redirected after a pang. My reflections: glad it was not worse, glad I could get up, happy shoulder was put back in place, life goes on. After every fall or pang, get up and do, be and give your best again. No need to get depressed, no need to feel sorry for yourself, look at your life being fully balanced and bounce back. I chose my balance over imbalance just because I was in pain.
In every situation we get to chose the outcome as long as we live.
Start laughing as quickly as possible as it releases the good, healing endorphins. It also helps you balance quicker and the pain subsides faster.
OK, what comes after Pang? Get up!
Don’t let a fall hinder you from following your dream. Sometimes we need to fall forward to get stronger and better at what we are doing,

Stephanie McSwine AKA Muscle Mom
Stephanie is a divorced mother of three children. She is the owner and founder of Muscle Mom Fitness, which provides GET FIT PARTIES and PERSONAL TRAINING. For the past 20 years she have been totally conscious about her diet , but over the past 7 years she added working out to her daily life. Stephanie finally realized that in order to live the Healthy Lifestyle that God intended, she have to balance out the two. She created a Facebook fitness page in 2014 called "Muscle Mom Fitness". Her sole purpose was to motivate, inspire and encourage all to achieve a Healthly Lifestyle. Her goal was to show all that even with a busy schedule you still have to do some form of exercise. Her workout regimens are done solely from the comforts of her home. In 2013 she was apart of a fitness blog called "The Face of Fit". Also in 2015 she was featured in BFW Magazine: Beauty, Fitness & Wellness for Women. Her philosophy is "each day she should be better than the day before". Everyday should be moving towards being a better human being financially, spiritually, mentally and physically. She found her purpose at such a late age in life, and it is to Motivate, Inspire and Encourage all to start a fitness journey.

Today’s topic: Recipes
original bread recipe:
4 cups flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp Fleishman’s dry yeast
2 Tbl sugar
12 oz lukewarm liquid
3 cups flour
½ cup oats
½ cup rye flour
Third version: same as 2
6 scoops flax seed meal
13 Tbl water = 2/3 cup
3 cups bread flour
½ cup oats
1/2 cup coconut flour
½ cup ground up avocado seeds
Fifth version: divide into 4, roll out each piece, then sprinkle some cinnamon, brown sugar, raisins and a cut up fruit on flat piece, roll up, put back into pan but without the hook. Do this with all 4 pieces. Push it all down a bit, close lid, then set on 80 min bake.
Due to high blood pressure I have been leaving the salt out. We don’t need a preservative, as we cut the bread into slices when it’s cold and freeze it so it stays fresh. Put it in the toaster when ready to eat and it tastes like fresh out of the oven again!
