Jeff Chaponick is from New Jersey. He was in the garbage business and sold his business to Waste Management and retired to Florida at 33.
Six months later he met the owner of a new Management Recruiters International (MRI) franchise who got him into recruiting.
Jeff became a top 10 recruiter for MRI out of 5000 globally.
He was then recruited to the Lucas Group, another large recruiting company, to show the other producers how to bill over one million dollars a year.
In 2002 he started his own firm, MAC Executive Recruiters, .
Jeff has worked dozens of verticals and in 2015, MAC is on track to bill enough to climb into the top 10% of recruiting firms.
