Mia Jackson of Jackson Dakota Staffing and Coaching Agency

    in Jobs

JacksonDakota is a contract employment and coaching firm that builds highly functional and productive relationships to help our clients reach mission sensitive goals and objectives.  Since 2006, JacksonDakota has helped create organizations whose people and processes are appropriately aligned with the organization's environment and mission.  The ability to assist organizations in accomplishing mission objectives through aligning people skills with organizational goals is who we ARE, not just what we do. We are forward thinking and constantly seeking new and interesting methods to make sure we are servicing clients beyond expectation.  Our mission is to be an asset; to be a service provider leader within the staffing and coaching industry. This is why we can not offer short term, temporary staffing services; we can not effectively build a relationship with staff placement that will motive them into action towards a path that is aligned with the company's goals in under 3 months; it is unfair to both you, our client, and the employee to cheat the process. For more information visit http://www.jacksondakota.com/.
