Mike Snyder produces soothing tones and melodies to provide a relaxing atmosphere of sound and vibration for his individual clients and group meditations. Mike is able to channel music intuitively when working on an individual or playing for a group. He produces the “sound of the moment” so to speak as he will play music that directly reflects what is happening energetically in the current point in time. Most of his individual and group sessions start out with regular random piano notes played rapidly until the individual or group starts to get into a deeper state of relaxation, and consciousness. Mike then gradually moves into slower and more intense melodies using different pleasing sounds and instruments on his keyboard. The music can help to slow down thought processes and clear the mind.

The Arizona Cardinals had a bye week in the playoffs and got to sit back and wait and see who they would play. Wild Card weekend brought some surprises. After the dust settled and Blair Walsh's kick went wide left, combined with a Green Bay Packers team that got its mojo back, the Cardinals were set to host Green Bay again this weekend.
Hosts Jess and Seth react to the weekend of playoff football and delve into the matchup against the Packers again. What matchups matter, is there anything to Green Bay and their swagger? How will this game look the second time around with a healthy Packers team, albeit on short rest.
The Cardinals also made a roster move to replace an injured Alex Okafor and add veteran Jason Babin. The hosts give their take on the move and whether they are excited at all.
Lastly, they discuss the potential matchups in the NFC Championship game. Is it destiny that the Cardinals and Seahawks clash once more at University of Phoenix Stadium with everything at stake?
