The band also recently released the song New York City Groove, also featuring Kat Robichaud on vocals. The song is “a love letter to my NYC home,” says Miller. In an effort to give back to the city they hail from the band has decided to donate a portion of the sales from New York City Groove to three New York City based art and culture non-profit organizations that benefit underprivileged and inner-city children, Groove With Me, Inc, Artists Striving To End Poverty (ASTEP) and Education Through Music (ETM.)

John is a diet coach and the owner of Team Gorman. He works with professional and amateur bodybuilders achieving over 250 wins, overalls, and numerous world titles since 2010 along with 15 Team Awards. He is a highly sought after public speaker and a published author with his first book out on Amazon, "Metabolic Capacity and Reverse Dieting". Gorman is also the co-founder of The Physique Summit Conference and a 1st Phorm Elite Trainer.
John talks about training, nutrition, and what makes him stand out among all of the other bodybuilding and contest preparation coaches in the industry. He also talks about his book, his upcoming conference, and his role as an elite trainer for 1st Phorm.
During this podcast, Gorman opens up and shares the challenges he faced growing up poor and moving from trailer park to trailer park. John was raised by a severely alcoholic father who was in and out of jail. His father was even homeless a few times during his life. John talks about how he became a high school dropout, went back later to graduate, joined the Army, got his bachelors and masters degrees, and much more.

Brittany Wonder, one of our previous Ladies Night guests joins Hoodslam Wrestling founder Sam Khandaghabadi to talk about their show this weekend, appropriately called "80s For The Ladies IV-Revenge Of The Radio Star". We will discuss the difference between Hoodslam and other independent promotions out there. Our guests, in no particular order as of the writing of this are three top female wrestlers, one of whom was trained by one of the top tag teams in the industry. Kenaddi Brink was trained at the prestigious 3 D Wrestling Academy. She is appearing in rings all over the country and was recently part one of the best known tournaments in wrestling, the ECWA Super 8. The tournament contained many notables, including former TNA star Santana Garrett. Ray Lyn is NOT just another pretty face. This blonde beauty is a mainstay of the roster of Ohio Valley Wrestling but is also going to be part of the renewal of Women Of Honor and will be facing our other guest at that show. Kelly Klein, also known as Mary Elizabeth Monroe, has been a mainstay of the female wrestling scene. This St. Louis native went to high school in South Africa and returned for college then started training at Heartland Wrestling Association. One of her trainers was former WCW/WWE star Jimmy Yang. Along with her upcoming matches with Rae and ODB, we will talk to her about the scariest close encounter she had with a fan. He has been both wrestler and promoter and his travels has taken him throughout the US as well as several trips to Puerto Rico. We will discuss his travels. the difference between wrestling and promoting and the reason for his signature pink Mohawk. After that we will be joined by another legendary talent. In the early 80s/ when not just wrestling. but tag team wrestling were in there heyday. a young man named Bobby Fulton teamed up with another young performer named Tommy Rogers and became known as The Fantastic’s. Coming to the ring wearing tails and bow ties. The Fantastic’s were a flashy team that traveled throughout the territories. including Bill Watts' Mid South area. World Class, and Jim Crockett's territory, which eventually became WCW. We will talk about his travels. his series of scaffold matches and his upcoming Fantastic Finale Tour as he prepares to end his career.
