What a Mighty, Awesome, Powerful God we Serve?
Beloved as we come into the Presence of the Most High
God this evening. May we come with Thanksgiving. May
we Come Knowing He is Our Deliver. He is Our Stronghold.
May we meditate on Matthew 4:1-11
Jesus Is Tested in the Wilderness
1.Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. 2 After fasting forty days and forty nights, he was hungry. 3 The tempter came to him and said, “If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become bread.”
4 Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’"
5 Then the devil took him to the holy city and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. 6 “If you are the Son of God,” he said, “throw yourself down. For it is written:
“‘He will command his angels concerning you,
and they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.”
7 Jesus answered him, “It is also written: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.”
8 Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. 9 “All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.”
10 Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only."
11 Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him.

The Great Goddess Durga was born from the energies of the male divinities when the gods lost the long drawn-out battle with the asuras (demons). All the energies of the gods united and became supernova, throwing out flames in all directions. Then that unique light, pervading the Three Worlds with its luster, combined into one, and became a female form.
The Devi projected an overwhelming omnipotence. The awesome three-eyed Goddess was adorned with the crescent moon. Her multiple arms held auspicious weapons and emblems, jewels and ornaments, garments and utensils, garlands and rosaries of beads, all offered by the gods. With her golden body blazing with the splendor of a thousand suns, seated on her lion or tiger vehicle, Durga is one of the most spectacular of all personifications of Cosmic Energy.
The tremendous power of the Goddess was poised ready for the grim battle to wipe out demonic forces, the asuras whose exaggerated ego-sense was destroying the balance of the universe, and whose sole purpose was to dominate and control. It was the universal war between knowledge and ignorance, truth and falsehood, the oppressor and the oppressed.
Not only will we discuss the Goddesses...but we will discuss the Queens and Matriarchal societies that existed and ruled until patriarchy...deposed her...and tried to eliminate her from the consciousness of this world.
The Book of LOVE, hum? That subject brings forth a few questions, such as what is the Book of LOVE, and also “I wonder wonder who, oouu who/Who wrote the Book of LOVE?” Before we can answer, would you join us – if only for an instant – in allowing the vision of a world free of self-inflicted pain…
Imagine there’s no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace...
What if is most certainly the favorite question of the New Essenes! Indeed, what if? What if the Jews would acknowledge the Testament left by Jesus, and the Christians, rejuvenate “the Old Testament” by receiving the wisdom imparted by Hebrew? That might mean no external religion, but more an heartfelt sense of what it means to be a Buddha, “awake…” That would mean living life in peace!
What if one Book had the potential to actually be a manual of UnderStanding, that is, the manual of US – of UnderStanding that there is only One of US? Would that explain how its original Hebrew name – the Torah – could also be rendered as “the Song of LOVE?”
What if there were so many codes in that one book that many other books followed, e.g.; such as the Prophets or the New Testament, to try to decipher them? Moreover what is the BIBLE, besides being an acronym for “Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth?” Lastly, what if we could integrate the old and the new, simply by becoming aware of the books that stand before these testaments? Would we then open to receive our “Basic Instructions Before Loving Ego (to death)?”
You may say we are dreamers, but we’re not the only one. We trust someday you’ll join us, and the WORD will live as one…

There are also heavenly bodies and there are earthly bodies; but the splendor of the heavenly bodies is one kind, and the splendor of the earthly bodies is another.
All flesh is not the same flesh, but there is one flesh of men, and another flesh of beasts, and another flesh of birds, and another of fish. 40There are also heavenly bodies and earthly bodies, but the glory of the heavenly is one, and the glory of the earthly is another. 41There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for star differs from star in glory.

Isaiah 61:1-3 "The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has aointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclai the year of the Lord's favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion-to betow o them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. Theywill be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor."
Luke 16:19-31Amplified Bible (AMP)
19 There was a certain rich man who [habitually] clothed himself in purple and fine linen and reveledand feasted and made merry in splendor every day.
20 And at his gate there was [carelessly] dropped down and left a certain utterly destitute man named Lazarus, covered with ulcerated sores.
29 But Abraham said, They have Moses and the Prophets; let them hear and listen to them...
31 He said to him, If they do not hear and listen to Moses and the Prophets, neither will they be persuaded and convinced and believe if someone should rise from the dead.
