Dance With Bipolar is a new radio blog series that views bipolar from a positive perspective. The name of blog was chosen for two reasons: 1. Similar to the contestants who put forth much effort to perform in the TV hit show Dancing With the Stars, those with bipolar and their effort put forth are “stars” every day of their lives to survive the hurt from people who don’t understand them and the deep pain from the illness itself. 2. Similar to dance, bipolar has many different rhythms such as chemical, sleep, and mood rhythms which all effect behavior. The purpose of the show is to embrace bipolar in a positive ways by utilizing problem solving, mindfulness and truth to develop new rhythms of behavior. This show is also for friends and family members to understand bipolar rhythms and learn to interact in positive ways to strengthen relationships. Meg Dog, Bipolar Specialist, and Doc, a NJ psychologist, invite you to dance with spirit of bipolar to learn, live and love. And believe, “ You are a star to survive your worst day, and we are all grateful that you did.”
Listen in with our caller from texas. There is lot of beef to this show!

Our most sincere apologies to everyone who was looking forward to his broadcast. Some technical glitches got in the way and we had to reschedule with Adrienne and the boys from Spiral Dance. A huge thanks to them for putting up with our issues and for wanting to come back for a later broadcast. And a huge thanks to Zaracon from Pagans Tonight for offering to help us figure out how to correct the issues. There is a several minute long silence in this archived show, it will either be edited out for later listening or the whole show will be removed from the archives in the near future. In the meantime, please look for a special Musica Pagani featuring Spiral Dance and keep those eyes and ears open for the announcement of the next show with Spiral Dance.
Adrienne of Spiral Dance will be joining RevKess and KaliSarah for a chat. We will play several selections from this Australian Pagan band as well as learn a little bit about how they go about making their wonderful music.

Ms Charlita Schuster, Founder/Artistic Director of Music In Motion School of Higher Dance Education, works wonders with young people who desire to pursue a career in dance or related occupations. She is also proud that 5 young students were invited to dance at the Dance the Magic at Disney World. The students and the mothers who accompanied her were Yalena Anderson, 11, and Luz Anderson-Santiago; Markeymar Carbile, 11, and Ralna Jackson; Aniyah Baptiste, 11, and Debra Mason; Brianna Bruce, 12, and Terrie Brow-Rawlins; and Trinity Cupid, 13, and Glenda Cupid.
Ms Schuster has always been closely associated with local youth. As Founder/Artistic, Ms Schuster is the guiding force behind this institution providing professional dance training to the children of the Virgin Islands.
Returning home after the birth of her first child, Ms. Schuster began her dance career on St. Croix as a dance instructor with St. Croix Street Theater. She moved on from there to share her love of ballet with her beloved island through her own school, and Music in Motion was born. For 30 years, Music in Motion School of Higher Dance Education has not only produced fine dancers, but has saved children’s lives by keeping them off the streets. Her institution not only instills focus and self-discipline, but it also brings forth positive attitudes and values. The students of Music in Motion School of Higher Dance Education have thrilled audiences in performances at many different venues across the British and US Virgin Islands; Puerto Rico; the Eastern Caribbean; and Denmark.

Welcome to Dance with Bipolar with Meg Dog and Doc Reimers, psychologist in NJ. Dance With Bipolar disorder is a talk show that views bipolar from a positive perspective. Meg Dog and I believe that you don’t have to fight your diagnosis or your family. The next few episodes are dedicated to helping you and your family members better manage emotions during the crazy holidays. Holidays force family members to interact with each other, sometimes re-igniting old family dynamics. It’s as if many of the feelings we have about our family lie dormant until the holidays hit us. We may feel like we are in a boxing ring with family members and relatives taking jabs at us. Don’t be knocked off your feet in “round 2” of the holidays. Call us and share what your family is like or any problems you believe you may encounter this holiday season. We will teach you a little about “emotional shadow boxing” so that the left hook won’t hurt at all.
