Emotions are a part of every day life. Sometimes they can be good or bad, it depends on the current situation. Well have you ever just let your emotions go for the one you love? If you haven't than come join me in the playhouse this evening, and let us show you how the grown and sexy express themselves to the one we love. Playing all the music you love to hear. We hope to see you in the playhouse this evening; so, put the children to bed early, grab your special love one, and allow me to play the tunes that make you want to say the things you've been having a problem expressing.

with special guest Evangelist Yvonne A Davis.
Doing something that involves physical exertion can take the edge off the intensity of the feelings you have and can help to clear your mind and reduce the urge to do something rash. Going for a brisk walk or a run, or energetically vacuuming the lounge with your favourite music in the background are relatively easy ways to get moving. This is a positive way of managing emotions.

Clinical Psychologist and Author Dr. E. Douglass Brown is back with us on this rebroadcast show talking about Emotions and The Self. He says that emotions are as essential to a person's inner growth as eating vegetables are to staying physically healthy. Emotions tell us how we feel about ourselves, others around us, and our environment. When it comes to self-development and reaching the psychospiritual "bliss point," a person has to come to like and prefer his or her true self over the ego. That which is in harmony with the true self must be more emotionally appealing and satisfying to a person than ego-centered pleasures.
Getting rid of anger and negative emotions. When we harbor negative emotions we are sending this energy to the Universe and we are attracting negative people and situations into our life. If you are angry at an ex or who they are with you must let it go.
It is time to move on and when you change your emotions you will notice good situations and positive people will be attracted to you.
I willl explain more and take your psychic questions.

For eons it has been perceived by the western world that to have emotions you are devoid of rational thinking, you could even considered a threat!
That’s why it’s so hard for many of us to properly express our emotions. We either keep our emotions bottled up, or we let it explode out of us, in usually unhealthy and unexpected ways.
In the Western world showing our emotions are a sign of weakness, and this is the reason people usually keep their feelings to themselves and pretend that everything is just peachy cream. It’s just too shamefull to be seen as weak.
However, emotions play a huge role in how we understand the world and communicate to others.
It is therefore very important that we learn how to connect more with our emotional self.
Join me Janice Clarke, Holistic Health Practitioner, Nutritional Consultant, Master Herbalist, Reiki Practitioner, and Host of THE SOULFUL HEALING TALK SHOW, to discuss the importance of connecting with our emotions, and learn how our emotions can block us from our greatest possible success, and how emotion can bring great abundance into our lives, instead of emotional eating discover the perfect foods we can eat to help our emotions, and most importantly learn to accept your emotions, in your body, as soon as they arise.
Emotions are intertwined in every aspect of our lives, come and share your experiences with us, as our ME TIME circle gets bigger and bigger…See you then. One Love!
