Sixteen has the kind of talent that has found him collaborating live and in the studio with Chris Spedding (Robert Gordon, Roxy Music, John Cale, Paul McCartney), Glen Matlock (Sex Pistols), Andy Newmark (John Lennon, BB King), Guy Pratt (Pink Floyd), Steve 'Snips' Parsons (Baker Gurvitz), Phil Polecat (The Polecats), Martin Chambers (The Pretenders), Phil Manezera (Roxy Music), Mick Ralphs (Bad Company), and Wilko Johnson (Dr Feelgood).
Sixteen put the Sidewinders together in spring 2012 with the powerhouse slap bass of Jayson Reed, and the infectious rhythms of Jonny Drums to capture the wild side of the 50's beat with raw, raunchy rockabilly that'll get your feet and hips moving!

Twisted South Lunch Bytes with The Wanton Bishops
To experience the "essential, eccentric south" real & raw go to http://www.twistedsouth.com
The Wanton Bishops are "Rock, blues, bourbon and sweat."
The Wanton Bishops are a two-piece blues and garage rock revival band from Beirut, Lebanon. The band is made up of Nader (vocals, harmonica, guitar, keyboards) and Eddy (guitar, backing vocals, banjo), who are joined on stage and in the studio by a hired drummer and a bassist. Nader met Eddy in a blues bar in Beirut a couple of years ago. Well, technically, they met outside the bar on the sidewalk in the middle of a fistfight. Luckily, they weren’t punching each other, and their friendship developed over cheap tequila. They eventually decided to form a band together.

Twisted South welcomes Blackjack Billy
To experience the "essential, eccentric south" real & raw go to http://www.twistedsouth.com
"The Rolling Stones of country music on the verge of taking over the world." - Blackjack Billy
There’s no use in trying to compare or describe what they do. You can’t really accurately and fully recreate the show experience to a friend. There’s a good chance you find yourself bored with whatever follows them on your iPod. The one thing you can do is keep listening. You have to. You can’t stop watching. You can’t stop moving. You can’t stop singing.
BLACKJACK BILLY is Rob Blackledge and Noll Billings.
When they met in January of 2011, they had no idea that less than a year later they would be creating and molding a sound that Nashville had never heard; a sound that Nashville desperately needed."Once upon a time them boys started jammin’ and God looked down and said, 'It is good.' "

Twisted South Radio welcomes Ruby James
To experience the "essential, eccentric south" real & raw go to http://www.twistedsouth.com
Twisted South Family and friend, Ruby James, will be joining Twisted South Radio along with a few special surprises!
Ruby James sits comfortably in the space between darkness & light. Her sultry (and mesmerizing) vocals bring her universal tales of love, loss and redemption to life, while her rugged sensuality, which bravely masks a wearied vulnerability, opens the coldest of hearts. Her forthcoming album "Happy Now" (produced by Charlie Sexton, co-produced by Will Sexton) is a stunning follow up to 2008's "Desert Rose" which included "Everything Good Goes Away" that was prominently featured in the film "The Women"(produced by Mick Jagger). Ruby has shared the stage with the likes of Jackson Browne, Patty Griffin, Victoria Williams and Jim Lauderdale and plans on touring extensively in the spring.
Inspired by the impact of writing and recording with Austins finest, Will & Charlie Sexton, this native Californian is happy now to call Austin home.
