This episode will focus on social media in the workplace. This will be an insightful conversation about the current organizational trends and "ownership" of social media.
We will attempt to answer the question of why People Managers and Human Resource Professionals need to build their social media digital IQ; how it can be a valuable asset for both the business and employees. We will have a healthy discussion on personal branding versus business branding and the implications of social media to the organization’s culture.
My guests for this episode are:
Christine Mcleod, Chief Possibilities Officer and Founder of IMPACT99 and

    in Business

The TalentCulture #TChat Show is back live on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, from 7-8 pm ET (4-5 pm PT).

Last week we talked about whether or not HR should be split into two branches, and this week we're going to talk about how to become workplace fascinating.

Of course there are plenty of personality assessments tell you how you see the world. But how does the world see you? What makes you most fascinating, and most valuable to the people around you?

You're all about to find out. Over the past two decades of research on communication, this week's guest has found that there are seven different ways to communicate and add value to your "audience."

We've taken "The Fascination Advantage" here at the TalentCulture #TChat Show. It's pretty awesome. And we'll give you the opportunity to take it as well!

Join TalentCulture #TChat Show co-founders and co-hosts Meghan M. Biro and Kevin W. Grossman as we learn about how to become workplace fascinating with this week’s guest: Sally Hogshead, creator of The Fascination Advantage™: the world’s first personality test that measures what makes someone most engaging to others.

Workplace Affairs: The Good, Bad, and Ugly

    in Romance

    Hi Bedroom Playmates

Most of us spend at least 8-12 hours a day, 5 days a week or more at work. We normally leave our spouses and develop friendships and sometimes intimate relationships with our co-workers. We spend more time with our coworkers during the week than we spend with our spouses (sad).

Were you involved in a workplace affair? How did it start? How did it end? Have your partner or ex ever had a workplace affair? What was different about your partner that led you to notice the affair? Are there signs of a workplace affair? What if you and the coworker are single, does that make a difference? Is it acceptable to develop romantic relationships with your co-workers or your superiors? Have you ever slept with your boss? If so, did you do it for a promotion or did you receive any type of special treatment? What if your coworker/lover is sleeping with another co-worker? How do you handle that?

Oh boy the joys of "office politics" lol I can't wait to discuss this!

    Talk to you soon....
