Tonight friends we are discussing BAD DRUGS, those prescribed by your physician but have also become high dollar street drugs which are in constant demand. There are so many dangers in today's prescription drugs. The strength & addictive nature of these drugs, the high cost, the risk of our kids sneaking them, the street dollar value, the risk of your medical professional not paying attention to the multiple of drugs you or a person you care for might be taking, or how those drugs might effect/counter-effect one another; these are just some of the first things that come up. If you or someone you know has a comment, question, or personal share then join us for this very important discussion. Don't forget to invite your teens to get involved. They just might be able to help a friend or someone they know with problems related to these BAD DRUGS.

-Voices InJustice with host Trish McKnight; Sept 13th @ 6pm eastern/5pm central/3pm pacific time. Join me for another great broadcast discussion brought to you by, Butterfly Dreams Abuse Recovery community outreach broadcast radio. Our call in number 929-477-3163, open chatroom & online discussion.
Over the last two decades teen pregnancy has declined greatly due to oral contraception and education, along with a more open dialogue with parents. However, there is still on average 26.5/per 1000. There is a huge variation in race, state of residence (with southern states being most prominent). If your teen had an early pregnancy do you know what services are available to help them? What about housing, income, education, and ability to provide a sustaining safe life for their children?
There are many issues surrounding Teen Pregnancy, and tonight we are talking about this still hot topic. If you are grandparents to an early teen pregnancy, if you're a friend to someone who had an early teen pregnancy, someone who has more than one child in their teen years; these are all topics open for our phone lines. We do hope you'll join this conversation. Do we discuss openly about contraception, the use of condoms for disease prevention, and the ongoing support needed for these children, as well as the education & steady work, rather than welfare. Do our teens really know what they're getting into with sexual relationships? Are they prepared for the consequences of their actions? Are you finding as grandparents you are providing key early support & assistance for these children? Do you have open dialogue about sex & protection with your children?
These shows are for informative purposes & discussions, they are not intended as any form of legal, medical, or therapeutic advice. Join in w/ Trish about InJustices every Sunday

You can join her broadcast live this Sunday - Aug 30, 9pm central time; as always this broadcast is a continuation of Butterfly Dreams Abuse Recovery community outreach broadcasting network. We are here to share your side of the story. We open our phone lines at 929-477-3163 and our chatroom is always a busy place to share with other listeners. Join in this very important program as we discuss Medical Treatments & Medications for your child/teen. Are you ready to be your child's medical advocate?
Almost weekly there is a new FDA approved regulation for a even more powerful medication being approved for children. On this topic I have a some very serious concerns. They have now approved Medical Marijuana for children; Oxycotin and many other opioid medications for pain treatment. They approve many benzodiazoprine medications to reduce behavioral issues. Is our healthcare system really researching all the underlying issues that could be affecting the child's condition or behavioral problems? Do you dissway them from discussing certain family related topics or are you completely honest about the daily functions of your child's home life? Is there underlying stress, constant negative chaos or arguing, violent threats, bullying by a parent or parental partner?
Your side of the story matters in this broadcast. Join callers & chatters as we open the discussion concerning medications & medical treatment for their child/teen. We are an entertainment & awareness program; we do not provide any professional, legal, medical, or therapeutic advice
Voices InJustice Radio with Trish McKnight; Sharing your side of the story!! This is a community outreach broadcast of Butterfly Dreams Abuse Recovery. Sunday night, 9pm central time; join me friends as we discuss the issues of our nation's educational systems. Do you feel your child is SAFE at school? Is bullying a new concern as they progress in grades? Do you worry about teachers abusing or sexually approaching your child? Are they learning enough to help them succeed? What about racial issues, free meals, equal education for all children? Let's bring your concerns to the table; open the phone lines, and get our chatroom going with your thoughts about the good & bad of your child's school environment.
On this special broadcast we want to know; what concerns you as they return to school? Today we have many issues in our school system. Required testing which many believe only checks the teacher's ability to educate our children, but it doesn't exactly show how or what our children are learning. Everyday they face challenges of bullying, drugs, violence and gangs. As parents we try to give them guidance and pray nothing distracts them from a healthy life building experience. We must realize that a child's challenges in our modern day society are nothing compared to any other generation. Parents & teens let's talk about your concerns, connecting as a united society to discuss how our school systems work across the country.
Call live at 929-477-3163, log into blog talk network and join chatroom discussion. Show starts at 9pm; let's hear your Voices of InJustice as we discuss our American Educational System. Remember to invite your friends and family for our community outreach broadcast by Butterfly Dreams Abuse Recovery with host & producer Trish McKnight; Music Marc Joseph Ludeman

This Sunday evening, Oct 4th, it is a huge honor to welcome friend/colleague Carolyn Wilson, MSW/LCSW Sexual Abuse Therapist. Let's talk to someone who has been working with victims and families for over 30 years, as she gives us a very close personal insight in how this act, which so many believe is gentle and loving, will never harm the child; let's find out exactly what she has seen in helping survivors & families learn to cope and rebuild. There are many challenges you hear me talk about all the time, write about them, speak about them, and have helped my share of persons, but Ms. Wilson is the expert we welcome to answer your concerning questions. Let me ask you - Would you make the call to report/help a child in need, especially if you believe it to be a close member of your family? What types of backlash might we expect in reporting? Is it really anonymous to make a report?
Keep in mind our shows are for entertainment purposes. While we may have experts join in we cannot & do not provide any form of professional theraputic, legal, or medical advice. It is necessary for you to connect with a Hotline or a service in your area. Please join in and invite some friends, or your teenagers. It's a great way to start a conversation about today's matters and how to help. Thank you stopping by!

You are invited to join Trish every Sunday evening at 7pm eastern/6pm central/4pm pacific time. Tonight we are discussing the effects parents make on their child's identity when they go through divorce, and then inflict alienation; a different type of child abuse. Think of erasing half of your child's DNA; is their other parent a 'BAD' person or are they actually suffering behavorial or emotional influences from their own childhood? Are we doing this because we only want them to be the part we create in them, as we fill their heart and head with negative identity about the other half of their DNA? If that other parent is truly impairing the positive path of your developing child, is it your duty to simply disconnect any/all contact, even the entire other half of your child's family? How does this enforced disconnection to their WHOLE family influence your child's behavioral & emotional wellness, possibly even their physical health?
This broadcast does not provide any spcific professional advice, simply entertainment & public discussion. Invite family and friends as we inspire new ideas and create action for change together!! #VoicesEndingFamilyCrimes
Voices InJustice with Trish every Sunday evening at 9pm central time. We are a radio network production of Butterfly Dreams Abuse Recovery. A community outreach focus in awareness, prevention, and empowerment to overcome our many challenges; learning together how to change the centuries of human trauma and teach our children a better way for their future.
Tonight we are discussing STIGMA - Share your voice by calling Trish @ (929) 477-3163 or join the online chatroom as we address the many societal stigma attached to persons without ever knowing who they really are. We see obesity, bikers, the color of skin, a nationality, or even the economically poor neighbor down the street and we all pass judgement as if we know their life, but do we or are we repeating what our parents taught us? What are we as parents today teaching our children in an America, or other country, where we have such an entire mixed community attending school with our children?
This is a very hot topic with all that happens in our world. We have economic breakdown and battles rising around the world. Our kids watch the news and hear about two or three gang related shootings everyday. They attend shcools where the bullying by judgement causes children as young as 9 years old to take their own lives. Will we ever be able to live in a peaceful accepting society? Give your teen, your child, the individual ability to learn who people are before they see a color, a tatoo, an eating disorder, or a poor neglected child suffering to get through everyday and instantly attach the centuries of judgement.
Visit our website, www.butterflydreamsabuserecovery.com where we provide information to understand our taught human behaviors of mankinds worst nature. Our shows are for entertainment purposes only. Invite your friends & family to join in live!!
