    A Sinking Ship? Eagles/49ers Week 4 Preview

    in Sports

Is the ship sinking in San Francisco, or can the 49ers right it before their key players come back?

The Philadelphia Eagles (3-0) don't going until the second half, while the 49ers (1-2) have been blitzed over the final two quarters this season. The Eagles have scorched opponents 74-24 in the second half, compared to the 52-3 spread that San Francisco has been outscored.

Will that trend continue on Sunday?

The Bitter Birds discuss this and a whole lot more!

Intercessing For the Nations : Releasing the Word of God!!

    in Religion

I decree and declare that our fellowship is with light and not with darkness in the name of Jesus We have fellowship with the Father of light in the name of Jesus. Father God I bind every evil spirit that would try to draw us towards darkness in the name of Jesus. I bind every spirit of infidel that would try to work through us in the name of Jesus. Father I repent for the idols in my life in the name of Jesus I denounce every form of idol worship that has taken place in my life in the name of Jesus. I break every covenant I had with any idols in the name of Jesus. I bind and loose my self for every unholy alliance with idols in the land in the name of Jesus. I bind every demon after the flood in the name of Jesus Christ. I break the assignment off my family in the name of Jesus Father God I curse and break every assignment to cause the people of God to commit social intercourse, which is idolatry in the name of Jesus. I decree and declare that we will not have intercourse with unrighteous things in the name of Jesus. Father you said in your word what does light has to do with darkness in the name of Jesus. Father God I thank you that you are the master building and that you are building things in us that have been torn down by sin in the mighty name of Jesus. Father God I thank you that you are taking us back to the foundation. Father God I thank you that you are the sure foundation all other ground is sinking sand. Father God I thank you for fellowship with rightness in the name of Jesus. Father God I thank you that you are making us like Zebruubel that we are lining up to the plummet line in the name of Jesus. Thank you Lord that you are teaching us to build in the spirit. Thank you Jesus that you are the Chief Builder and the Chief Cornerstone and that you have anointed us to work with you against Idolatry in the name of Jesus. Father God in the name of Jesus we thank you for a spirit of obedience to the things of God in the name of Jesus.

Military Monday With John D. Gresham and Zenith Press Author Phil Keith

    in History

USS Lexington (CV 2), along with her sister ship, USS Saratoga (CV 3), were America's first real aircraft carriers, and genuine wonders of the world we were commissioned in the late 1920s. Converted from a pair of battlecruiser hulls made surplus by the Washington Naval Treaty, the two ships were the largest, most powerful, and fastest warships in the world. Able to carry and operate up to 90 aircraft, twice as many as any of the contemporary British and Japanese aircraft carriers, Lexington and her sister ship were the platforms where the U.S. Navy learned to take airpower out to sea. But Lexington was more than just a ship, for she also was a home and a schoolhouse for the men who served aboard her. As American's aircraft carrier fleet grew prior to World War II, Lexington and her sister were the ships where the men who would crew those new carriers learned their trades. In addition, some of the U.S. Navy's greatest leaders in World War II were captains aboard the Lexington, including Adm. Ernest J. King and Rear Adm. Forrest Sherman. And even though Lexington was lost at the Battle of the Coral Sea in May 1942, her loss taught critical damage control lessons that are still used today.

To learn more about "Lady Lex," tune in at 1 PM EDT for Military Monday (#MilitaryMonday on the Writestream Radio Network (@Writestream)) hosted by author, historian, journalist and documentary filmmaker John D. Gresham (@greshamj01). John's guest this week is Zenith Press (@Zenith_Press) author Phil Keith, who has written a new book, STAY THE RISING SUN, chronicles the story of the Lexington to her sinking in the Coral Sea.
