People can be leaders in title but not display the attributes of leadership, conversely there are those who don't have these titles, but do express these qualities.
Everyone has their own unique leadership style but there will be times when you have to adjust that style to suit the situation and the group.
Some of the challenges leaders and teams face
Communication breakdowns Shifting from Department Head to Leadership team member – getting out of the silo mode Motivating others towards a shared vision Resolving conflict Leading through example We’ll look at Leading through People, Leading through Vision, Leading through Drive and Leading to Deliver.
Eva has worked in the training and consulting industry for more than 10 years helping people and organizations work more effectively. Companies that have a culture of honest, open communication both internally and externally tend to have greater success on a number of levels. This has been a primary focus for her organization. Eva’s company helps the organization clarify what they stand for and what their goals are when it comes to overall success. Defining what that success looks like is the first step.
