Pentecost(definition) - the Christian festival celebrating the descent of the Holy Spirit on the disciples of Jesus after his Ascension, held on the seventh Sunday after Easter.
Bishop Sidney Gaines is the guest speaker at Restoration Christian Ministries on this edition of RCM Live, as we reflect on 50 days after the resurrection of Jesus, and what it means for us today.
Bishop Gaines has declared this time as a come together on one accord, and to follow the Word of God. There are many messages within this one message, starting in Numbers 28:26 along with Acts 2:1-13, and it's right here on RCM Live, via the King James Radio Network.
Democrats demand Tredy Gowdy release Sidney Blumenthal transcript; Rick Perry trumps Trump on border bluster; Obama to life sanctions without confirming Iran's previous nuclear weapons progress; Greece to stiff the European Union and join Vladimir Putin's neo-Warsaw Pact?; Ashton Carter: "The Iraqi 'army' sucks at recruiting"; The self-fulfilling prophecy of anti-Christian persecution; The Gospel according to Karl Marx; The only cybersecrecy Barack Obama cares about; and no sooner is Dylann Roof, the Charleston, South Carolina mass murderer, caught than the leftwingnut gun confiscation politicization begins.
Anyone who has achieved anything great, anyone who has CHANGED THE WORLD has at some point made a choice to learn from failure and move forward. If you look at the most inspirational innovators, athletes, celebrities, geniuses, and icons throughout history, they all shared the belief that the failure was merely a stepping stone to the success they seriously sought.
Failure is feedback. It points out what is not working so you can go on to discover what will work. "Turn that lemon into lemonade and enjoy the journey," says Coach Joyce Barrie.
On June 15, we talked about very famous successful people who failed at first. This list included Oprah, Michael Jordan, Norman Vincent Peale, Abraham Lincoln, Beethoven, Thomas Edison. Walt Disney, Winston Churchill, Steven Spielberg, Albert Einstein and others. http://tobtr.com/s/7698719
Today, we will include many other very famous failures who did not give up until they failed their way to great success. We will include such extraordinary notables as J. K. Rowling, Stephen King, Fred Astaire, Socrates, Sidney Portier, Lucille Ball, Elvis and the Beatles.
Be sure to listen to both shows on Famous Failures to be inspired and motivated to keep on going, no matter what!
James Boulware was "courageous and brave"?; Fake Warren backs lame-duck Pelosi against lame-duck Obama on lame-duck trade bill; Jeb Bush launches Admiral Stockdale candidacy; Everbody's drawing Mohammed; America's not ready for "transracialism"; Buh-bye, Keystone XL, hello, Prince Rupert Gas Transmission Line; Lincoln Chafee openly embraces Obama ISIS/Iran policy, Bob Corker pretends otherwise; Hillary: "I am not Mitt Romney"; Sidney Blumenthal documents prove Hillary held back e-mails from Congress; Russia to U.S.: "Withdraw your boutique 'force' or we will destroy you"; and the witless ape rides the escalator.

Champions have been crowned. Mike "the Buzz-saw" Asti and George "the Howitzer" Gerbo go toe to toe, discussing how the championships were actually won.
Despite a remarkable heroic effort, LeBron James failed to lead the Cavaliers to the NBA title. Did Golden State win or did Cleveland lose? LBJ became the only player in NBA Finals history to lead BOTH teams in points, assists, and rebounds throughout the series. Should LeBron have been named MVP, even in a loss? If the Cavs are at full strength, would they have won? Will David Blatt be fired? Can Cleveland retool in hopes of another run at a championship? Mike relishes in another Cleveland failure and explains why the curse will last forever. Where do the 2014-2015 Golden State Warriors rank among the great teams of the past?
The Chicago Blackhawks complete their dynasty. What led to Chicago's third Stanley Cup in six years? Would Tampa Bay have won with a healthy Ben Bishop? Does three rings make Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews now better than Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin? Is two franchises hogging five of the last six Stanley Cups good or bad for the NHL as a league?
With the NBA and NHL postseason now over, Major League Baseball has control of the sports world for a few months. Have the St. Louis Cardinals finally met their greatest threat, the FBI? #HackGate

We were pleased to meet Sidney this year. And she is very capable of introducing herself and telling us tales of her life, so far. We met her when we were looking for a solar powered boat and it turned out that she owns one! But this was just the beginning of a very rewarding friendship. Sidney was not only a heavy equiptment operator and boiler maker and an active union member but she is also a comedian (she writes her own jokes) and a liberal who was born a Texan!
