3 Tips For Buying The Right Size Hot Tub

Choosing the right size hot tub ensures you get the experience you’re looking for.
Here are a few tips to help you make the right choice that fits your needs and your lifestyle...

How Will You Be Using It?
The modern hot tub is extremely versatile, fitting a variety of needs. Think about how you plan on using yours to avoid buying too much or not enough hot tub.

Who Will Be Using It Most?
Even after you know how you plan on using the spa, it helps to consider how many people will be using it on a regular basis.   It can help you narrow your choices considerably.

    Measure, Measure, Measure
It’s easy to buy more tub than you have the space for.  Make sure you pre-measure, taking into consideration room for guests to get in and out and space to access the equipment panel in case of maintenance or repair.

To encourage local residents to check out the benefits of using a hot tub or swim spa to help improve their overall health and well-being, East Texas Spa is providing free test soaks at both of their showrooms.

Speak Life Radio ~ Overcoming The Odds!

Blessings family and welcome back to another amazing show! In a world where everythings seems to be gloom and doom it's very uplifting and encouraging to hear the stories of thoes who overcame the odd. Well our guest speaker Dr. Antonio Webb is a perfect example of someone who overcame horrific odds and is an inspiration to us all!!!

The odds were stacked against Antonio Webb, beginning with his childhood in Shreveport, Louisiana. Friends and family members were serving jail time, or addicted to drugs. Some close friends were even killed amidst the challenges of the neighborhood.

With these influences in his life, it seemed he was destined to turn out the same way. But fate had something else in mind for young Webb. While in high school, he developed an interest in biology and medicine and his grades earned him a spot in a local medical magnet program for disadvantaged students. Inspired by this experience, he began to dream of a career as a doctor, even though no one in his family had completed college, let alone medical school. Please join us!!!!!

Boston College Football Preview: Louisville Cardinals

    in Sports

And just like that, the Eagles were bowl eligible.

At 6-3 with three games left to play, Boston College is heading to postseason play for the second straight year. The dark ages of the Frank Spaziani era are well in our rear view mirrors, and the good times are rolling thanks to Steve Addazio, Ryan Day, Don Brown, and a bunch of players we weren't sure of when the season started in August.

On Saturday, Boston College looks to boost its postseason resume for potential bowl games when they take on the Louisville Cardinals. A first year entrant into the ACC, the basketball powerhouse is also a strong football program back under the direction of Bobby Petrino. The Cardinals are coming off a near miss against Florida State, and they head north for the programs' first meeting since 1998.

There's much we don't know about Louisville, but there's also a lot on the table to discuss. BC got beat up a little bit by Virginia Tech, so health could be an issue. Jon Hilliman and Tyler Murphy both got dinged up with the former departing the game early for good.

Potential bowl bids are now at stake. After sneaking into the Advocare V100 Bowl in Shreveport, LA last season with seven unlikely wins, BC is now on the verge of gaining a coveted "Tier Two" spot in a bowl such as the Pinstripe Bowl in New York City. Where else could the Eagles land?

So much is there to discuss and you can do it with Dan and AJ starting at 8:00 PM EST. Join us and call in at 646-200-0446 to talk Eagles football!

    The Louisiana Debate

    in Politics

en. Mary Landrieu,  Rep. Bill Cassidy and tea party-backed candidate Rob Maness stuck to their talking points and remained fairly calm in their first joint debate of the Louisiana Senate race at Centenary College in Shreveport Tuesday night (Oct. 14).

Cassidy and Maness, the two Republicans in the race, spent much of the debate linking Landrieu, the Democratic incumbent, to President Barack Obama. In his answer to almost every question, Cassidy mentioned Obama, who recent polls show in particularly unpopular in Louisiana.
