This series of short ministry moments entitled, "Showing up for Dailies," is based on the portion of scripture in the Lord's Prayer which states, "Give us this day our daily bread." We acknowledge Jesus as the bread of heaven and our portion, and we submit ourselves to him daily for instruction and the praise and worship that is due him. Hopefully as we go forward in this time of devotion, you will be motivated by the Word to continue in your own intimate time of worship and prayer unto the Lord.

On Sunday I asked 5 different groups on Facebook how they felt about holding hands in public, being kissed in front of friends or being called a special name by a partner? Some of the responses I will share on this show. What's interesting is the unease felt about how much affection should be publicly shown and levels of comfort from those witnessing the display.
What's your opinion? Could there be a stronger underlying reason why some of us struggle with affection? Are we more comfortable with affection when we know there is the possibility of sex with a partner? If you don't kiss in public or hold hands how important is affection behind closed doors? Should affection be a private matter for just you and your partner?

His debt book Showing Up to Play: Business and Life Lessons Learned on the Golf Course is a book designed to fit a unique niche where self-help meets the business world. With crossover appeal for both of these audiences, a touch of humor, and golf analogies for golfers and nongolfers alike, it is a book designed for both employees hoping to climb the company ladder and CEOs daring to dream of greater heights.
Millions of golfers struggle to break 100, and it has been said that only 10% do. Simultaneously, in America today, if you earn over $100,000—breaking 100 in the opposite direction—you’re in the 10% minority of the workforce. The struggle is the same. We all want to be in that ever elusive 10%.
How do we get there? In life as in golf, the answers are simple: humility, absolute determination, and a willingness to show up to play.
His second book, Discover Your Treasure: Keys to Success, is due to be released in 2015, and he is currently writing his third book.
