Are we sleep walking? What would it take for you to realize how powerful you are? Do you agree with this statement: “The information overload is an increasing problem both in the workplace and in life in general?” Information and knowledge are great things, however too much information can short circuit our everyday life. Here is what I mean: In order for us to benefit from the information that we gather, we need to take the time to process some of this information and we need to pick and choose what serves our lives. Too much information leads to Information Overload!!! As I mentioned before, information can be a good thing, if we can pick and choose what is useful to us and discard the rest. On the contrary we are taking more and more information and we are adding to what we already have and that result is "Information Overload."
With one click on your smart phone, PC and tablets, you have access to massive information. Not to mention media like TV, radio, news...etc.
Information is also involuntarily given to us even when we don't ask for it. So what can we do about it? How can we manage all this information that we have and the information that we continue to receive?
Today, I will share some suggestions to help you manage some of the information you have and I will teach you how to be selective of the information you receive..

In Hinduism, the linga or lingam (Sanskrit for "symbol") is the symbol of the god Shiva and the form in which he is most commonly worshipped. The phallic symbol is the main object of worship in Shaivite temples and homes throughout India and the world. The linga is a simple stylized phallus that nearly always rests on pedestal of a stylized yoni, or female sex organ. Together, the linga and yoni represent the power of creative energy and fertility. In the primary religious ritual of devotees of Shiva, the linga is honored with offerings of flowers, milk, pure water, fruit, leaves and rice. In Egypt this stone is the Benben, in Greece it is the Omphalos, in Rome it is the Baetyl and in Hinduism it is the Shiva lingahe Omphalos.The Egyptian myth had Atum standing on the Benben during his act of creation. Shiva's fiery linga which broke up from the nether world is the axis mundi and is the first linga from which Shiva emerged. The concept of the axis mundi is world wide and an explanation of its various meanings and symbols can be found at: http://en.allexperts.com/e/a/ax/axis_mundi.htm. The concept of the baetyl predates Shiva and can be found in the Indus Valley civilization

When you try any exercise for the first time, try to figure out a fun way to do any mental or physical exercise so you can stick with it. Make it fun, change it constantly because when you make something fun, you would enjoy doing it, and when you enjoy doing something you most likely to stick with it and becomes a new positive habit for life.
Sometimes we don't understand things, we don't understand why things happen and we just accept them just the way they are. That's fine if you would like to live your life without intention without purpose without being mindful. But I know you; you have purpose, you have intentions and you ask lots of questions.
Today, I would like you to question everything, to set your intention for the day and for every day thereafter. I would like you to know and believe in yourself. You have purpose, you do matter and you deserve to be happy.

When you stay focused in life you are in control & when you are in control your life become better & better. Adding some well thought effort into your daily tasks, make everything possible. Try practicing staying focus throughout the day become easier and easier each time you are aware of it.
To stay focus is to be present in this moment we call it now. It takes a practice and more practice to make it your way of life. The key to staying focus is to live in the now. Bring yourself back to this present moment where everything starts and begins. Ask yourself repeatedly throughout the day, what am I thinking about right now? What am I doing right now? How am I feeling right now? If your thinking and doing do not match what you really want, you are not focused. Take a step forward to recognizing what you are doing every moment of every day and watch your life become what you want it to be. Train your mind to be obedient, train your conscious mind to be obedient.
Start getting organized in your mind and in the space around you. start with your mind first because your mind have control of what you do. When you train your mind, your mind does what you want.
Make a daily priority list and everything on that list should be important.
