Dr. Chaps reports on these important issues:
* Exclusive interview with foreign policy expert Frank Gaffney about Israel and their right to exist as a Jewish state.
* What should America’s policy be toward the Muslim Brotherhood?
* Sharia law creeping into American Courts.
The Center for Security Policy’s report, Shariah Law and American State Courts: An Assessment of State Appellate Court Cases evaluates 50 Appellate Court cases from 23 states that involve conflicts between Shariah (Islamic law) and American state law.
These cases are the stories of Muslim American families, mostly Muslim women and children, who were asking American courts to preserve their rights to equal protection and due process. These families came to America for freedom from the discriminatory and cruel laws of Shariah. When our courts then apply Shariah law in the lives of these families, and deny them equal protection, they are betraying the principles on which America was founded.
The study’s findings suggest that Shariah law has entered into state court decisions, in conflict with the Constitution and state public policy. Some commentators have said there are no more than one or two cases of Shariah law in U.S. state court cases; yet we found 50 significant cases just from the small sample of appellate published cases.

Shane Krauser, the host of Liberty Storm, talks common sense and real solutions to the vast problems in America. Don't miss this episode as we talk about some serious issues in America. Dr. Carl Goldberg joins Shane in studio to talk about a number of issues following his debate with Dr. Zuhdi Jasser:
1. Can “political Islam” be separated from Islam? Is the distinction between political Islam and Islam important? If so, why?
2. What is the cause of the radicalization of Islam?
3. Can Muslims be loyal Americans, loyal government servants and military soldiers (security clearances)?
4. If Muslims believe in Shariah or follow Shariah, how can they stay true to our manmade laws in the West? Are the extremists living a life inconsistent with what the Koran teaches?
5. So much of Islam is rooted in the tradition of the Prophet Muhammad. Was Muhammad was an honorable man of character and does it matter?

Islamic extremists have intermediate political goals which they believe will pave the way for the global implementation of Sharia. One of these goals is the removal of non-Muslim military forces from Muslim lands and the overthrow of “enemy” regimes. Acts of Islamic extremism includes terrorism, human rights abuses, the advancement of Sharia based governance, bigotry towards non-Muslims, Jews, Homosexuals, Atheists, all other religions and rival Muslims and overall hostility to the West. Yet, The United States allows radical Turkish citizens to enter the country and pays their way through college, while American students can not pay for education and are not adequately funded.

Wallach on Law. Gun Legislation & Officer Training, With California Assembly Member Das Williams, And Gun Rights Activist Sheriff Richard Mack (“Sheriff Mack”). Gun regulation is potentially the most partisan and divisive issue in the U.S. Some believe that any form of gun regulation in unlawful. Others don’t believe the Second Amendment provides a right to possess a gun free from regulation. And others are more concerned with the present – determining that, in the wake of multiple tragedies – the need to better regulate gun access is essential. This week, Sheriff Mack joins us to explain why he believes gun regulations are illegal, and that our focus should be ending the drug war and improving officer training. And in the wake of the Isla Vista tragedy, Cal. Assembly Person Das Williams has co-authored a bill that provides a mechanism to keep those who may be unstable temporarily away from weaponry. He joins us (from the Assembly floor) to discuss his bill as it moves through the California Legislature.

Wallach on Law, Fire & Gasoline --When the Mentally Ill Meet Police. Featuring Ron Honberg of NAMI (the National Alliance For Mental Illness)
Officer-Involved Fatalities & Shootings on the mentally ill are becoming commonplace. In August, Ezell Ford was killed by two Los Angeles County Police Department officers, who stopped him because he was acting strange, and when a struggle ensued, killed him when they believed he was reaching for their weapons. Three months earlier, in Detroit, Dontre Hamilton was lawfully sleeping in a public park and had just been questioned by two officers and deemed a non-threat. A third officer later woke him with a baton, and when a struggle ensued, the officer shot Mr. Hamilton 14 times killing him. Neither victim was engaged in illegal conduct, and both suffered from mental illness. None of these officers received “Crisis Intervention Training”—which teaches law enforcement officers how to identify and respond to those afflicted with mental illness. Ron Honberg of NAMI joins us to talk about what is needed and why.
Islam is not civil religion, but primany hatred. It usus sharia law to do rapacious, rogue and criminal deeds againt people, the words of a evil man from a deluded mind.
