Shape Shifting is the ability of a being to physically transform into another form or being, or as manifesting the inherent abilities of another living being. By far the most common form of shape-shifting is the transformation of a human being into an animal (or conversely of an animal into human form). More rarely, the transformation may be into a plant or object, or into another human form; emotionally and spiritually.
The concept is of great antiquity, and may indeed be a human cultural universal, present in the oldest forms of Totemism or Shamanism in order to shift, transform and change the perspective, to spread the inner awareness and to connect to the hidden elements from within.
There's also an option to use Shape Shifting to connect to the opposite gender, to connect with a different age (young and old) and much more.

What you think, believe, perceive, or consider can and will become a weight to you if its not checked.
"Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you]. Manna Moment Thought of the Week: I'm committed to losing weight and getting in SHAPE that I may be healthier in my mind, body and spirit.
It's time to get into SHAPE! Before you begin any work out you have to warm up. Warm ups losen the muscles and prepared your body for the exercises you're about to do. It also begins your blood flowing properly and sends needed oxegyn and nutrients through out your body.
During this and next few broadcasts we will begin our spiritual, physical and emotional warm ups. We will begin this process by taking a look at Hebrews 12 and anwering the question, "What's weighing you down?" We will pay particular attention to verses 1-3 as we prepare to Get in SHAPE.
