Despite the many theories on migraines migraines are related to over activity in the midbrain.
I've discovered a way to slow the midbrain which promotes normal blood flow in the brain and no migraine.
In this episode I'll discuss how this is done and how you can end migraines.

From the http://orangeorb.blogspot.com
I have had many UFO sightings and experiences, which began in childhood. One sighting in particular was dramatic enough -- it was the one that started me on this path -- and was the inspiration for the title of this blog:
In the 1980s I and my husband observed a craft, lit from within. It appeared to follow us for some time; it, in fact, appeared to be waiting for us and responded to my thoughts. It was intelligent; intelligently controlled. Whether that control came from within or without, I don't know. I don't know if the orb itself was sentient (I had a feeling it was, somehow) or the orb was just a tool used by other entities. Possibly those entities were human; that I don't know. Missing time accompanied this sighting, as did dreams that followed that were very scary -- so much so I sought out a therapist to deal with the severe anxiety caused by the dreams. The dreams:
I'm standing in a brilliant beam of white light, so blinding I can almost see through things. I can't move, no matter how hard I try, and I am trying with every single cell, every nerve, all my will, but no use. Above me is something metallic, dome or round shaped, covering much of the sky. I am furious for my husband is up there, and I demand of "them" to tell me where he is, let me see him, and, answers! I want answers! But they don't care, and keep me frozen inside this beam.
I have written about my UFO experiences at length on-line and in print, and have discussed it on various podcasts. Sites like UFO Magazine, UFO Digest, Future Theater's podcast with Bill and Nancy Birnes, and my blog Saucer Sightings, among others, contain more about the "orange orb" sighting.
Our guest is JONATHAN RATNER, Western Watersheds Project’s Director for Wyoming, Utah and Colorado. Jonathan joined WWP after a stint with the Forest Service in which he documented severe degradation caused by livestock grazing. When his reports were consigned to the ‘round file’ by the Forest Service, he sought out assistance from various area conservation organizations to deal with the problems, all of which declined to help. In his search for assistance farther afield he came across Western Watersheds Project and shortly thereafter started WWP’s Wyoming Office.
Jonathan will talk about public lands ranching, the most widespread commercial use of public lands in the United States. Ranching is one of the primary causes of native species endangerment in the American West; it is also the most significant cause of non-point source water pollution and desertification.

The share stories while some of painful to read but must have been to live, also touch’s part od of your soul.
the relationship between the VA and many of the university medical centers that are in bed with them, we will touch on the well over 300,000 veterans that were exposed to Agent Orange who dies when the VA refused to acknowledge the well known cancer precurosors that exposure spawned nor the ishemic heart conditions. we will take a stroll down memory lane and recall the report McDonald delivered to congress early last year in which he declared that more veterans die of suicide who are not involved in VA care than of those who are and the report by NBC news 6 weeks later that detailed how 80% of the veterans they surveyed who had attempted suicide had in fact been "treated" by the VA in the 30 days leading up to their lest attempt.
We will cover the THOUSANDS of TBI medical incident reports that the DoD removed from the records of the people who suffered even severe TBI throughout the 60s, 70s, and 80s who were kept in service AND the new technology that can time stamp those injuries today! Ialso know what happpened to those records too and where they might be located providing they were not destroyed follwing the VA's refusal to take custody of them in 2014.
And the fact that chronic homelessness is well known symptom of post concussion syndrome.
We Will speak of McDonalds desire to limit the evidence submission period. This is of course is the direct result of the information age allowing more evidence to be collected at a faster rate then ever before. So I guess he wants to limit the time frame of that to something under the DECADES it can take to get a LEGITIMATE claim approved right?
SOUL SCALPING by YOGA
“For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. 14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light,” 2 Cor. 11:13-14. Most American people do not have a clue concerning the grave spiritual crises introduced into their lives when they open the spiritual door to the practice of Yoga. It is more than an innocent exercise! It is certainly alarming that many Christian churches are including this idolatrous training into their services. Problem is, For the most part, ignorant Christians are placing spiritual bands and cords upon their minds and spirits that will capture them for their lifetime. Hardly an American pastor would know how to set the captive free. Psalms 2:3, “Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.” Eastern religious practices have made a serious impact upon the American mind and spirit in the last decades. Both adult and children, secular and Christians have become addicted to these seducing demons lurking behind Yoga. The demons blind the pastors and their congregations. Jesus warned, “If the blind lead the blind, they will both fall into the ditch!” You will not escape the severe spiritual implications following the gods of the east.

Tonight's special guest is Lisa Dawn Wilkins from North Platte, Nebraska, a returning NAASCA family member. A survivor of severe childhood sexual and physical abuse, her adult life was just as disastrous and painful. Now she's a foster parent and author of a new book, "Abuse The Darkness Within," expected out soon. She runs a popular NAASCA associated Facebook Community of the same name. There's also a companion Facebook Group for sharing. Lisa works to bring about awareness and to put an end to child abuse and domestic violence. "Medication to me is not the answer," Lisa says. "I healed and continue to heal by choosing to help others and challenge my fear one step at a time. I had several diagnoses through out my life and after studying them I knew that was not what I had. I knew what took me years to get to would take me years to come out of." She goes on, "I suffered from circumstances, from things that happen to me. The psychologist try to push medication. But look at me. I refused and I am a productive citizen. We can choose to let them win or we can choose to win." Determined to succeed, Lisa went her own way. "I walked away from everyone and everything I knew my whole life and I put up a no contact order. I started over and my life has improved everyday their away. I still love them but I don't desire their approval or love any longer." Lisa concludes, "I now share my story to bring awareness to what is real, what I lived through and what I do to over come."
Innate human coordination requires being in sync with the STRAIGHT-down influence of gravity. This enables us to tap the substantial energy generated by the downward movement of our body mass. In infancy, we all learn this highly evolved skill as we teach ourselves to sit, stand and walk with grace and power. Early in childhood, however, through deep cultural conditioning, we forget. From the day we are born, we see everyone around us sitting back in chairs, sofas, car seats, etc. At around 3 or 4, we get sucked into this utterly normal, but mal-adaptive behavior. We begin sitting-back with staggering repetition. In so doing, we interfere with gravity's influence by sending our body mass down on a BACKWARDS trajectory. Our brains automatically react -- with muscular strain and skeletal distortion -- to keep our head/neck functionally vertical. We don't notice these reactions nor feel anything unusual. It all happens subconsciously. This kinesthetic disconnect spills over into how we stand and walk. The consequences are all around us: society-wide epidemics of bad posture, lower back and neck pain, knee and hip replacements. For people with Parkinsons, the consequences are even more severe, restricting free movement considerably. This can be changed -- through re-developing sensitivity to our downward-moving body mass and how it is affecting us moment-by-moment. If you are planning to listen, it will be worth your while to check-out in advance an illustrated essay on this topic at www.uprighting.com/Parkinsons.pdf.

Tonight's special guest is Jacque LaFountaine from Spokane, Washington, a long-time personal friend of Bill Murray and a NAASCA volunteer. Jacque's a retired RN with experience, among other things, in critical care, ER, and as a director of assisted living and an Alzheimer's unit. Abused from early childhood, her memories were repressed. She didn't remember much of her home life when she left at 18, depressed and suicidal but not understanding why. Jacque says, "Eventually I lived in Los Angeles and began to get repressed memories back and started therapy. I was glad to get the memories out but always felt like I was sharing into a vast wasteland of nothingness." Her mother had abused her with physical, emotional, psychological, and sexual trauma which started in the crib. "Therapists considered it ritual child abuse and torture." More trauma occurred in Los Angeles. "In the middle of this, I was a victim of attempted murder which just made my PTSD symptoms even worse." She relocated to Santa Barbara and later Spokane, continuing treatment, dealing with major depression, severe PTSD, and serious dissociative disorder with Dissociative Identity Disorder (multiple personalities). "In 2011, things came together for me. My PTSD symptoms were eliminated in 24 hours. I found my core personality (the one that's not an alter) and reconstructed my identity. As my identity strengthened my depression left." Jacque says, "I'm in the best place internally that I've ever been and am truly grateful." She says she's looking forward to the future, concluding, "I believe we all have to help each other which will help bring child abuse out to the general public. There is strength in numbers."

It appears that changes are going on in neighborhoods known as “The Ghetto’ in America. What used to be classified as so-called Black neighborhoods are becoming open season to a new class of more affluent residents who move in. A new development of the property comes and usually, it is accompanied by a severe increase in housing prices which could displace the neighborhood’s longtime residents. This is called gentrification and it follows a long practice of invaders to the American lands.
