We live in an age where there is a lot of casual sex going on more than ever. Many of us feel that sex is not something we should highly regard and consider. There are so many different reasons why people do what they do in regards to casual sex. However, many are trying to fill voids and using sex as a way to get closer to others. On the flipside, sometimes sex is actually used as a way to avoid attaching ourselves and being vulnerable. Even though that is all an illusion because you become one with anyone you lay with.
I want to encourage us to get back to the basics of life when we evaluated what we really wanted. When we respected our bodies and our emotions and was more selective in who we allowed to get that close to us. When we dressed modest and left some room for imagination. When we took time getitng to know someone. Sex does not sustain a relationship with others. Walking around attracting men or women with our bodies by how we dress and carry ourselves will not either. All it will do is bring the wrong things we do not need and push away the love we desire.
Sex is a beautiful thing in a marriage covenant between a man and a woman who are serious about their walk with God and plan to spend the rest of their lives together. They understand that sex is a booster in their relationship filled with friendship, faithfulness, love, dedication, and more. Sex is not the foundation of their relationship and with the power of God, it will not easily be destroyed when storms come.
I know what it is like to have relationships that have no substance so I can speak on this. I know the time you waste and the regrets you end up with later because of your actions. We need to remember that God does not intend for us to be defined by our sexuality. Our bodies are to be a living sacrifice to honor and serve him. Not to freely give away to those who most likely will not stick around after some time.

Craig Brann has been working on his craft for many years. Lately he has produced a couple of CD’s. The latest effort is called "Mark My Words" Craig Brann, is in my opinion one the best traditional jazz guitarist around. The way he handles his solos are fresh and innovative, smooth and captivating. The band fits like a glove and the tight arrangements are a delight. The Bass is firm the drumming is selective and not overpowering. The horn section is one voice. Mark My Words has compositions that are slick and diverse. Remember the name because there is more to come from this talented guitarist. This will be his first interview on Insight. Please Join us and see what is ahead with your host DrCal.
